The Pipe Doctors did a great job! They are courteous and professional, I could not ask for more. Communication was great from the beginning, during and after the project was complete. All questions, concerns answered. Even when they ran into a structure issue during the installation, they discussed with me options on how to proceed and why. Gives me great confidence that the job was being done right. Â

A pair of more reasonable and, yes Iâ m saying it, honest small business owners will be hard to find. They were called to give a second opinion on a job that a big company wanted a huge amount of money for. After checking and confirming that the big company was correct, not only did they not charge me for the extra work they did, but they got back to me with a significantly lower price. Then they came and got the job done in only 1 day; whereas the big company, with all their resources, said it would probably take 2-3 days, requiring permits, inspections, etc. And on top of it all, theyâ re really nice guys willing to offer clear explanations for any and all plumbing questions, readily willing to refer your business to another company if they feel itâ s outside of their competency areas. They changed the heater quickly, removed the old one for the agreed price. The price was the lowest of 4 quotes. Apparently they have a stock ready as they started working immediately after I accepted their quote.
