Building Site Preparation and Clearing
Very disappointing experience. I hired Cody to clear 4 acres of land in June that was to be completed in two weeks. Per the contract, Cody received half payment with the remaining balance due upon completion. It is now October and I am now just trying to recoup the half payment as Cody has never started the project and has admitted he is not able to. I have made several attempts to have my money returned but Cody has not obliged or made any effort to reimburse the payment. It is unfortunate as my initial reason for hiring Robinson Excavating, LLC was due to the locale and recommendation. Now I have to take legal steps to have my money refunded and still find a reputable, capable contractor to clear my property. You hear about this happening in large cities but I did not think I would be taken advantage of so close to home. I would caution any one to think twice before using this company.

Cody was amazing to work with. We had a 2 week time frame to work with so we could close on our house and he made it happen. Everything went smoothly and he did excellent work. We would highly recommend him he is an amazing person and business man!!!
