"Good Afternoon The first payment was not made until five weeks after signing the contract. This was also the only payment that has been made and our company cost to date has exceeded this amount by $300.00. For this project Bella Construction has installed tile on both the floor and shower in the bathroom, installed new PVC pipes, installed CPVC pipes, refinished flooring, and demold & framed the kitchen. When it was presented that the home had MAJOR plumbing issues, and a solution was presented the client called the company ghetto. The client also asked Bella to potentially add 1,000s of dollars to the END of the bill after replacing pipes that were full of sediment already for FREE. We agreed to continue working on this job without requesting another draw. We do apologize for the delay on your job, this is why we stress the importance of making prompt payments because schedules can change drastically. Thank you for leaving your review.
