Barrett's Custom Concrete

I would not recommend this company at all! At first Trevor seemed nice and reputable. Unfortunately that isn?t the case. We paid to have a nice stamped patio. Well we got a patio! The concrete seems like portions of the steps are already coming apart or cracking. They were suppose to do a nice jobs and paint the paver portion a nice accent color. As you can see in the photos how well they painted. They even got a big portion of paint on the patio where there isn?t suppose to be paint. They didn?t completely seal the concrete either. There are a lot of groves and surfaces that they missed. They actually came out and painted it a second color. The first one was pretty bad. Not what we asked for at all. Trevor said Connor would be out to finish sealing etc. he never finished the seal and just made the paint job worse the second time. The color was fine but I would not say Connor is a skilled painter. It?s sad to see that they basically take your money & hope you like it! Don?t recommend!

Not good. Didn?t complete the garage floors. Didn?t cleanup, didn?t return calls or texts. Didn?t meet times or dates. Missed promises. Hasn?t repaid portion of project dollars not completed. Would not hire this contractor.

Barrett?s Custom Concrete put in a driveway for us last fall. We are snowbirds so there was no shoveling and no salt applied. Our driveway is full of pop ups and all the cracks are chipped. The owner refuses to contact us and handle this problem. We have had cement companies tell us the concrete should have been sealed, it was not. Lines sawed too soon. There I no fixing the lines. Don?t believe any thing Trevor says.
