Very dissatisfied with the final result. They did not properly fit for the drain at the bottom of the pool, they covered it up and now I have circulation issues.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional service. I had hired them for my pool closing last September. The agreed work was for pool winterization and closing. Initially everything seemed fine, it looked like they did a good job closing the pool. But a week after they closed the pool, I found out that they never took the timer out of the motor and they never unplugged it. The motor obviously burned and had to get it replaced. I hired a new pool company to open my pool this year and they just informed me that exquisite pool didnt winterize the pool properly. There was water in the pipes and it may have cracked the pipes Exquisite pools might be a little cheaper than other companies out there but itâ s 100% worth spending that $200-300 extra on a proper professional company to avoid much larger expenses in the future.
