Innovative Land Management (I.L.M.) was founded in March of 2022 by Logan Ellsberry. He has obtained 4 years of on-the-job excavation experience. I.L.M. was started as a side business but has grown rapidly into a self-sufficient business with many opportunities and expansions.

He is honest, well behaved and ethical. He does what he is supposed to and if something is messed up he fixes it and doesnt charge the homeowner
