I GAVE THEM 20% DOWN PAYMENT AND HE RAN AWAY WITH THE MONEY AND NOW I CANNOT GWET A HOLD OF HIM.

Mario seemed like an honest upfront guy, someone that had dignity and honor. We had grass installed in the backyard but Mario did not order enough to cover the designed area Mario purchased more and installed it but the color was off. And he knew it! We had ordered a swim spa. It was delivered and Mario told my wife and I he could do the electrical. That was a nightmare! He used the wrong gauge wire and failed to hook the wires up right. we had to call the electrician from the spa company to fix it. He said there was no back up shut off switch and we could have been electrocuted. More issues this project has taken almost 2 years and still not done. Mario has not responded to my phone calls to finish up. He still has hardware for the bar bbq island we put in. Then he gives us the cost for everything and then writes up a new cost close to the end and tacks on taxes that should have been included from the very beginning. MC landscaping is not the way to go! My wife and I put a lot of money into this project. You want to be excited about your new yard and what you have accomplished. Do not hire this company Mario does not follow through with his word. His communication SUCKS!

Mario claims to have a one year guarantee on all his work and plants/trees which is not true at all. When you call him after the job is complete he will not take your calls or claim he is too busy to correct the issues. It is been 10 months since the work was completed . Irrigation leaks, pebble finish issues, crack in a wall, drainage issues, dead plants and more. Not only did our job take him 9 months to complete I have been trying diligently to get him to come back and fix the issues. He simply ignores me. I would not suggest him for any work at all.

Mario does make sure he gets back to you if you have any questions and makes whatever is wrong right as quickly as possible. He is the owner and he has a great working crew. They had put in the wrong plants in a few places but when we told Mario, he had the guys correct it. Overall we are very happy because Mario seems to really care and said he plans to check back on the plants in a few weeks to be sure theyà ¢à  à  re doing well still . He said he also plans to have a computer image of plans in the future because it was not ready for us to have yet and it would have helped with the communication of what it would look like and agreement on the plants and how the rock would look by amount ordered We will recommend this company to our friends
