R. Patrick Carroll III Services has provided quality, trustworthy, and knowledgeable work around our home. Just recently Pat repaired our older Kenmore oven, ordering the part and installing it; he replaced our mailbox with a locking mailbox, welding it into place; he has installed and set up security cameras; leveled and caulked the kitchen sink and other jobs around the house. He is up front with his ability to perform the requested task, yet his talents, knowledge, and skills are so varied and have helped us immensely. My wife, Kay, and I highly recommend R. Over 4 years ago, I first used R. Patrick Carroll III Services on a commercial project with my company, that required a large amount of general carpentry with a fast-pace deadline to complete. Patrick's work, not only met my expectations, but exceeded them, and completed his scope well before the deadline. Patrick has work on multiple commercial projects for me since, but most recently, he has worked on numerous occasions at my residence, and every time I can count on his great work and professionalism. I will continue to seek his services when needed, and would recommend him to anyone seeking his services.

I've used Patrick's services twice now and have been completely satisfied with both jobs. He is polite and professional and ensures you are happy with the outcome of his work. Patrick fixed a malfunctioning dishwasher for me and also assembled a solid wood Murphy Desk bed which was not a trivial task. I will continue to call Patrick for handyman work that's out of my comfort zone. I would highly recommend his services.

He is knowledgeable, hardworking, careful. He relined a 35 year old, hand dug pond that had sat empty for months because no pond company would consider doing the job for an affordable price. He also got a new pump/filter attached and running. I’m very happy to have the pond back.

Patrick repaired the wiring on an amateur-made lighted art piece that was hanging in my house and I can't say enough good about him and his work. The fix wasn't immediately obvious and he did not give up until all options were exhausted. He responded right away to my request, was communicative, professional, and right on time. He's also personable and kind and I felt very comfortable having him working in my home. Highly recommend and I plan to call on Patrick for my future handyman needs.

Patrick is very personable and professional! He removed several large shrubs from in front of my sister's house, back filled the area with soil, and laid sod. He also extended an overflow pipe to keep water from washing out soil from under a deck. I would definitely hire him again and recommend him to anyone!

Patrick is an outstanding handyman. He has been doing all of our home repairs for many years including fixing and cleaning faucets, replacing fire alarms, installing light fixtures and ceiling fans, repairing walls and anything else we need. We also own a commercial gym and Patrick fixes all of our heavy machines and keeps everything working perfectly, including our complicated air compressor machines. The most common saying at our home and office is, â What would we ever do without Patrick?!â My favorite thing about Patrick is his ability to problem solve. We seem to always have machines with serious complications and he is truly a modern day MacGyver - always finding a creative solution. Patrick has also become a personal friend over the years and I can promise he is honest, trustworthy and has the upmost professional integrity. He will treat you like family. And he is the absolute best with elderly folks - he is kind and caring so if you have older parents or relatives and you need someone you can trust to help them - Patrick is your man!
