My quote for repair was overpriced. Maybe the quote for system replacement was too. For my service stop. Nothing was done of what I asked. I was totally disappointed.

"$69 diagnostic is what I collected from the customer which is One of the cheapest diagnostic fees in the whole Pittsburgh area. Fred?s unit needed a new condenser fan motor which he had already lubricated himself with Greece but the bearings are worn out and the unit is 28 years old I left him a quote of $350 to replace the motor and capacitor. I never heard back from Fred. I also quoted him on new equipment which is basically thousands cheaper than a larger company would offer. My apologies Fred I thought I helped you out giving you an honest opinion of what your Equipment condition and performance to help you make an educated decision. Thi"

Ryan was very capable and willing to address the project as we had discussed which involved getting into a crawl space for a 30 gas line as well as moving a sillcock and drilling through brick and cinder block. Some aspects required our help but we were prepared for that. His attention to detail and checking/testing his work gave me peace of mind that I would have no gas or water leaks. The final result is a very professional job. I ll be calling Ryan in the fall to check my furnace before heating season.
