Southern Roots Landscaping

Do not hire. Dawn the owner is dishonest. She did a large project including palms and they immediately died. She repeatedly guaranteed she would take care of the situation and a year later she simply ignores us. She claimed she knew how to install flagstone but all she created was a mess. Never came when promised took money for work not completed. Unfortunately we will be suing them.

Great customer service. French drain explanation, quote and installation completed timely and efficiently.

The quality of the job they did was OK but they damaged my electric line and they refused to fix it, I contacted them and the always told me that they will fix it and they never showed up.

Hire this company for your landscaping projects.

I would like to tell them thanks you for getting the job done ASAP and are very Please

The money spent on this project was more than worth it. After 2 tries. I finally found someone who did the job as i pictured it done. Great work!â º

Amazing work very professional great job. Would recommend to anyone who needs trees or shrubs planted with a Yard design. Love the work that they done.

They do not follow up on promises about the problem given to them.

They did a great job with the sod installation and put limestone under our trampoline. However, good luck with getting communication for follow-ups or anything. I requested more work from them in February. I was finally rescheduled for May 7th and then they canceled the morning of. I still have not heard back from them.

Do not bother calling any other person for landscaping. I was so lucky I got the best. They hand raked all soil after grading it with a skid steer and rolled out the sod. There were no seems pointing up at the sun to get dried out.Chris and his wife and his mom and crew are the nicest most honest folks you can hire. You will be pleased I am very picky and completely please with the job and the price, they are reasonable people that know what a work ethic is!!

My husband and I paid for a job on Feb 23 and as of today, we are extremely disappointed. I have been trying to get in touch with the owners from the start of this problem to no avail.

The team did a wonderful and quick job installing 19 small boxwoods for us at our front porch! They showed up on time and gave us quality plants and service for a very reasonable price! The only thing we had to follow up on was how to care for them, given they are young plants and we by no means have green thumbs! I would definitely recommend them to anyone in the greater Savannah area!

They were very professional, showed up time for the grading and recommended sodding our yard w centipede. They gave us a great price on the grass and showed up a day early to install so we could take advantage of the rain that was forecasted for next day. I have already recommended them to others.

Great company

I hired this company based off the great reviews they received. They were on time and made sure to text me or call if running late or if they needed to reschedule. My backyard was still holding a little bit of water after they were finished and they came out to fix it when they noticed during their follow up visit. They were professional and cleaned up after they were finished with the job. I would recommend this company

This is a great family owned business and they are very hard workers. They did an excellent job removing dead bushes and tons of weeds in both the front and back yards. They planted beautiful flowering plants in place of the dead bushes and the yard looks amazing. They also installed a box so that I can control my irrigation system remotely. They were very professional and I am thrilled with their ideas for my yard and the work they did!! I have hired them to maintain my yard and am very happy with their work. Beautiful job and I highly recommend Southern Roots Landscaping!!!

Great staff, excellent job, professional mannerism, competent and knowledgeable of skills needed to complete the task, timely with response to questions and everything you like in a company. Will definitely use again.

They are very professional, did the job just like what I wanted to and would definitely hire them for future endeavors.
