Let me start by saying that Black Mountain Septic arrived on time and completed the job as described. That said, there are several issues I?m not happy with. When the driver arrived, he urinated in my backyard, which is not acceptable. After the pumping was complete, they used my garden hose?without asking?to clean their pumping hose. This is the same hose my kids drink from. They inserted my hose into their pipe and rinsed it out directly next to my children?s playground equipment. Again, no permission was requested. If they had asked, I would have directed them to a hose that would have been appropriate to use. Additionally, they left the septic area in rough shape. This is the third time I?ve had this tank pumped, but my first time using Black Mountain, and it was left in worse condition than ever before. I don?t expect the area to be perfect, but I would have expected the rocks to be put back and the area roughly graded and leveled before leaving.
