Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Unreliable, difficult communication, and incomplete work. The quality of lawn cutting was good, but they did not complete the work agreed upon, leaving us with an $800 invoice and a mess that will require us to hire another (better) landscaping company. This husband and wife team splits the work, with the husband doing the physical labor and the wife doing the invoicing; this allows them to change the goalposts, continually miss deadlines, and not complete the work as agreed upon. I wish they had worked out because they seemed nice at first meeting, but the fact that they were late for the estimate and didn't call to let us know should have been a warning.
