Aquatica Pool & Patio

The last thing I want to do is leave a negative review for a local business, but I feel it?s important to share my experience so others are aware. Aquatica was scheduled to close my pool a week ago but never showed and did not communicate with me until several days later (I've since learned that they have a reputation for this). They eventually rescheduled over a week later and attempted to charge an additional $50 because the water level was not low enough. I explained that the water had been at the proper level the previous week, but had risen due to heavy rains. I agreed to pay the fee, but also let them know I would be discontinuing my service. I came home later in the day and discovered that they left the job unfinished, with my pool cover off and all my accessories left scattered on the patio. I?ve called and texted several times, but they will not respond.

Joe never finished the job. He walked away due to the number of errors that were made. I was left with a liner with wrinkles , a leak, the ladder and lights not reinstalled. He said he was leaving for a family emergency due to the rain. he never came back nor called . He has not responded to calls or texts for several weeks. I had to hire another company to start up the pool and install the ladder. I am stuck with the wrinkles..
