The Ice maker is now working, but the black panel in front has not been replaced. I PAID 98.99 FOR THE PANEL AND NEVER RECEIVED IT. The job was started July 20th 2024. I want the $98.99 reimbursed. It has taken much too long to finish the repair. I researched a Parts Dept. for G&I Appliance Repairs to help him. No result !! FINISH YOUR WORK NIW, OR REFUND $98.99 N O W !!!

He was very good at diagnosing the problem with my AC window unit. Once the ordered part came in, Gilbert switched it out and had the unit working in no time. I was very pleased with the results. I highly recommend G & I Appliances Repairs to anyone seeking help to repair their appliances.

G & I Appliances did an EXCELLENT job repairing our washer. On Sunday night, the washer broke. I had no idea whom to call. I looked under "Yelp"--and found G & I Appliances. I texted them on Sunday night; I received a text back immediately. I said I would call on Monday. By Monday afternoon, the employee was there to determine what repair was needed for our washer. He walked his way around that washer incredibly. He knew exactly where everything was that he needed to see, checked a "code"--I didn't even know there was a way to find out the code!! He ordered the part, went to pick up the part, installed it, made sure it was working properly. He worked quickly!! And, the price was incredibly fair. I couldn't have been more pleased with this service. I will definitely call them again!!! Very grateful for their excellent service!!!
