the young man who showed up was prompt first of all. he was very friendly. and he diagnosed the problem right away.......it was something very simple that he fixed very quickly. Some guys would have taken me to the cleaners because of my lack of knowledge on the subject, but this young man was very honest and decent and I appreciate that. Also the lady who answers the phone was very friendly and kind.

They got to my house with less than two days notice completed the job as promised no mess and a great job installation on both doors. Would highly recommend

Iâ m very pleased. They came came out based on my schedule. The repair turned out to be a reprogramming of the opener. It was completed within 10 minutes. The cost was reasonable too!

They had to come out twice but the job got done

I gave representative the brand of my opener when I made my appointment and asked specifically if tech would have parts for repair with him on the truck. In fact, when tech arrived he told me that they (Hometown Garage) do not carry that brand at all! His first suggestion was to sell me a whole new opener, which I refused. With call back to the office the tech determined that they could order the part that I needed and he returned one week later to make repair. Work was well done and we are satisfied. I do think that we should have been told from the start that they do not carry that brand of opener and would have to order parts and let me decide whether to look for a repair service that would have the parts available at the first visit.

I called on a Sunday, Vincent asked questions to understand what was wrong and to make sure everything was secure until he was out on Monday. He told me how to lock up my garage door which was an enormous relief for me. On Monday, Vincent was thorough, and made sure my garage was in perfect running order. Absolutely will be hiring him again.
