Nothing in life prepared me for what I saw Blaise Construction do on a work site.... I’ve just witnessed them in the wild like some kind of rare apex contractor species. I was genuinely afraid if I was holding a 2x4 they’d sniff it out, lock eyes with it, and immediately run over to build a shopping mall out of it out of pure instinct. There was no hesitation. Just this calm, terrifying competence like the job was already completed in their heads and they were just updating reality to match. And then I noticed the real secret fuel source. Donuts. One donut, and the productivity jumps 2 fold.... Two donuts, and suddenly things are level, squared, and emotionally resolved. I swear I saw a structural beam get corrected just because someone opened a box of glazed like it was a tactical decision. It’s like their workflow is: Step 1: assess problem Step 2: donut Step 3: fix problem faster than legally comfortable Step 4: repeat step 2 Also I need to talk about pricing… because I’m not sure how it’s legal. It feels like they looked at the cost of construction in general and said “nah, we’re going to personally destabilize that market.” It’s almost economically disrespectful in the best way possible. I don’t know what they’re feeding these people besides donuts, but they move faster than a fat kid eating cake that has been starving for more than 20 minutes! I mean they showed up to a job site, jump rolling out of the side of the van (while still moving) like a SWAT team... but for construction. Job got done faster than I could walk down the block...and I was RUNNING! Anyway.... I'd definitely hire them!
