I'd definitely hire Tae again for other handyman projects! He came to our house today, on time to fix a couple of my windows that had broken hardware inside and wouldn't open/close correctly. He pulled off the windows easily, and figured out the issue quickly. One of the windows had a broken part, impossible to find, but he fixed both windows so they both open well. He also suggested I take pictures of the broken piece and window to make it easier when I contact the window company. For now, the windows are working, and I'm happy - and I don't have to replace the whole entire window and can look for this tiny little part that's broken on my own time. Of note: he does have a 1 hr min, so because he fixed the windows so quickly, he also fixed a broken lock on our slider and gave us some advice on a couple of projects we were considering!

Ive had a lot of work done with Tae on my home, he is very reliable, shows up on time, completes work in a professional manner and he offers suggestions if he sees a better way to do things. All in all Tae is a professional with years of experience that I will highly recommend.
