Prompt response and came up with another solution since the door lock was the original and couldn't be fixed, however, installed a silver colored lock above which didn't match the chrome lock already on there so had to remove and replace it with a closer color....then the tenant was concerned that the original lock was still getting stuck and couldn't enter through the new lock with the old latch getting stuck. I followed-up and the tech basically said that couldn't be happening and he would charge me to come out and repair it if it failed after the new lock was installed which was not an option after how much was paid to "fix". Basically washed hands of the lock not being disabled properly to begin with since it wasn't working therefore the reason for the repair. It is not a separate problem it is the same one. I need to find a competent locksmith to fix it. I regret going with the 1st person who responded....I should have talked to several, then vetted them more closely prior.

Josh was not only the first company to contact me, but he was the most reasonably priced and took the time to thoroughly explain the job fully. He was on time and communicated his arrival in advance, as I requested. Unfortunately, what I needed to have done was a bigger job than either of us had anticipated. He was patient and worked with me on the cost, despite the hurdles that the bigger job would entail. We have found our local locksmith for any problems that may present themselves in the future. If you are looking for southern charm, experience and excellent customer service, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Josh and his company to anyone in the area.

I am very happy with Josh from Woodys lock smith service. The lock was a hundred years old and could not be picked but he was able to open the door by drilling the lock which was fine with me. The most needed part of the service is that he was there in 30 mins from my call, very impressive and appreciated. I would use this service again if needed.
