Everyone from Spruce was amazing. Our roof was in pretty bad shape. Steve from Spuce did a thorough inspection of our roof including getting into the crawlspace. He took the time to patch up some of the bigger holes while he was up there. The price was right in line with the other bids we received and Steve always was looking for ways to save us money here and there. The on site team was friendly and professional. Throughout the project the team guided us through our options and was really patient as we made decisions on roofing type, skylights, etc.

We had Spruce Properties remove an old cantilever deck from our house. They also removed the sliding glass door that provided access to the deck and replaced it with a wall and window. I was very impressed with the professionalism Chris and Hunter displayed throughout the entire project. Chris listened to all my concerns and took the time to fully answer all my questions, explain other options and show me newer construction tips and techniques used today. I was also very satisfied with detailed cleanup at the completion of the project. I am extremely pleased with the work Chris and Hunter did on our house and I would definitely use Spruce Properties for future projects.
