We are a fully licensed and insured owner-operated company specializing in construction, excavating, and general property management. Our specialties include, but are not limited to, power washing, landscaping, remodels, repairs, concrete pours, clearing, trenching, and grading. With our well-rounded combined experience in the Laborers' Union, Carpenters' Union, and experience doing general construction projects, we maintain high quality work on time and on budget for all projects.

"Leveling the floor was never part of the agreement. We had told the customer SEVERAL times her floor would not be level if the floor joists were not fixed. Customer did NOT want to do this. We installed new subfloor over a huge hole in said customers floor. We then shimmed the new snap in floor up to the best of our ability as asked by said client. The customers story keeps changing, and I have proof of this. There was nothing but the upmost respect given to the customer and we tried to help her on price based off of her living situation.. classic case of trying to scam a contractor."
