It went great. They actually did the work about 2 years ago but I'm just now getting around to writing my review. They did an excellent job. Came on time and stayed till the job was done to my satifaction. My yard had weeds that were completely out of control and I knew my husband and I couldn't handle it on our own. They came in with a 4 person team and got it all knocked out in one day. They were very professional. I would definately use them again. I don't remember the cost but if I chose them it was reasonable.

Fine. No problems

Two workers showed up promptly on the day the work was to be done and I explained what I wanted. The work was to consist of weeding, shrub trimming, removal of remnants of a water feature and leveling of the area, spreading mulch. I was aware no materials were included in what I had paid and the cost of the mulch would be extra. They estimated it would be an additional $100. I also told them I anticipated the total amount of work needed may exceed the 15 hours I paid for. After making sure they had my cell number, I left for work. I returned 7 hours later after not hearing from them all day. The shrubs had been trimmed. The areas that need to be weeded were done to some extent but some weeds and old much/rocks still remained. the water feature area was cleaned up and leveled. No new mulch was put in. Some landscape edging was torn out in the back yard, although I never indicated that was to be done. In my estimation, I did not get the 15 hours of work that I paid for. I am also going to have to replace the edging they removed. I called and left two voicemail messages for the company to see if maybe they weren't able to finish that day and had planned to return. No one has called me back.

Called and left messages at least 7 times. Scheduled and didn't show. Told that scheduling person had been "let go". Came and did work. Chain saw not working to cut down small trees. Did a good job in trimming and shaping but didn't pick up all the trimmings. Both Ben and Carlos were hard workers and very personable.

We had to put off several times due to rain. It was raining when they did leave. I looked at the back near the AC and saw quite a bit of green mold still. When I called said he would send someone out but I was home the whole day and I never saw anyone come out. He finally answered Memorial Day weekend and said he was in Atlanta. He said he'd find out what was going on and I never heard from him again.

Very well. Wish I had done the pool years ago. All the dark patches are gone from the concrete.

I would never hire this crew again. It was a complete fail. Although they were punctual and responsive to some requests, it was overall a complete waste of money. Terrible quality, including lack of knowledge of landscaping, low labor input compared to amount of hours logged, inattention to detail, and in some instances a decrease in aesthetics. Lack of professionalism included harming some plants, leaving many obvious weeds, zero follow through on some requests and partial (incomplete) follow through on others, using maiming a chainsaw for trimming (we have no hedges) and talking and using their cell phones a good amount of the time. Though the team was very pleasant to talk to and thoroughly nice, including the manager, and would agree to a task, they simply most of the time didn't do it, which seemed facetious and apathetic. We had to "babysit" the job, and even then to poor results. Also, our fault probably, but we could have used a friendly reminder that mulch was not included and we needed to buy it ahead of time. The pictures show they did a nice job clearing the path; left loads of many obvious weeds (like little tree saplings and thistles); gave one beautifully developed fountain grass a "crew cut" with the saw; failed to remove an entire clump of Ivey; removed Ivey elsewhere but left the visible roots; and did a poor job removing the lower branch of our Dogwood tree.

I purchased the Angie's List Deal for this and Carlos and is crew did an amazing job and it looks awesome. They showed up when expected and I am very pleased with their work, professionalism, etc.

It was kind of weird. The owner of the company, I found out later on, was the person who first came out to take a look at the job. I was expecting one painter for 40 hours or two for 20 each or whatever, and he said well I'm just gonna bring out four guys and have them work a ten hour shift and do it all in one day. I said well as long as they can get everything done I have no problem with that. Well then when the day rolled around and they actually showed up, it was two guys - well actually it was a guy and a gal. First day, they worked - I was there all day with them - the first day they worked about a nine hour shift each, but they did take an hour lunch break. They got about 40% done. The next day they were there a little longer, about eleven hours; I'm not even sure it was eleven hours - no, it wasn't that much because they arrived late. It was about another nine hour day. But they got most everything done and they were very nice and they were nice people, hard working. They got a little sloppy at the end. They were trying to rush and got a little sloppy. After they left I went around and looked and for the most part they did a good job, but I did find several sections where they didn't double-coat the trim in one area where somehow they must have just missed the whole section at the lower end - didn't paint it at all. So they didn't actually put in the full 40 hours they talked about, and like I said, they didn't complete the job. I would give them a B-plus rating; I wouldn't say they did an A job but I would say it wasn't bad either. But they didn't really complete it and do the full 40 hours they promised to do. I'm not totally dissatisfied or anything like that. For the most part, I'm fairly satisfied with what they did. I would use them in the future, but I would make it contingent on payment after the job was done instead of before. One thing I was disappointed by, I did ask them when they left to have the owner contact me, and I never got any follow-up call, no inquiry as to my satisfaction or was anything left undone or anything like that. It was just over and done and I never heard anything again. That's why instead of giving them an A, I'm giving them a B.

We were very impressed with Carlos and Elena. They were hard workers, very professional and cleaned up the yard exceptionally well. Would definitely rehire.

AMENDED REVIEW - He did good on first job and I gave them a great review after that we rehired the kid again. First, he forgot to show up for the estimate the first time then came the second time only to promise he would send us the quote soon. Finally, when we called a month late asking where it is? He asks " Who is this?" NICE! then responds by claiming that he has sent the info to us and we have failed to respond. When we said that is absolutely incorrect, He hung up on us! Honestly, Jared has taken on way more then he can handle and as a result is disappointing a lot of people! It saddens me to say, ( BUYER BEWARE ) but its true! -FORMER CUSTOMER

Very well, the guys showed up on time very respectful hard workers. Jared came out gave me a reasonable estimate set the dates. Withen a week the guys came out did a good job highly likely to hire again for another job

Scheduling and getting the work done was more trouble than it was worth. Didn't return phone calls. Came at the wrong time. Didn't have the right equipment. Workers didn't know a good plant from a weed.

I didn't realize the 4 hours was per person. They ran out of time leaving only half of my drive pressure washed.

Beautifully! Thorough job and clean up. And friendly people. We were very pleased. This was done last October so don't recall the price.

It didn't go at all. I have requested a refund. First the company is unresponsive to email requesting schedules. A scheduled appointment to do the work was missed. Granted, it was raining that day, but I expected a reschedule phone call which did not come. A phone call from me to reschedule ended badly when they were untruthful about their contact attempts. I am done with them. F.

He was scheduled to come at 1pm when I said I would be home, but he came at 11am. My daughter happened to be there so he was able to start. Also, he needs sharper tools for the trimming of the bushes. Some appeared torn instead of a straight cut. The bushes have all grown. The trimming was very even and he cleaned up well after.

Very well. We recently hired Landmark Landscaping to mow and trim the lawn on our property. They've mowed our property twice already, and during each job they've been prompt, courteous, and professional. They also paid close attention to details such shaving troughs in the lawn that are hard to cut with a mower, edging with care, and cleaning-up thoroughly. I've attached a photo that illustrates what our front yard looks like soon after their second mowing job. Well done!

Jared and his team did an excellent job!! They completed a huge job for us and were amazing while dealing with our short time frame! Our center would absolutely hire this company again and we already have. - KECC

The first day we agreed upon, they did not show up. I did not hear from them, then called to re-schedule 2 weeks later.. They were 3 hours late, when they finally arrived One of the 3 gentlemen said, I would have gotten a better deal if I had purchased the mulch. The 3 men opened packages of gum and threw their wrappers on my drive way. I asked them to include blowing the leaves off my deck. They said they would but did no do this. They did not know the difference between weeds, flowers or ferns. I did go around and show them what i wanted to stay but still had Ferns and Hostas wiped out. The gentlemen were polite.
