Adrienne was absolutely incredible! Not only did she have in-depth knowledge of the local market, but she was one of the most fun agents I've ever worked with. From researching neighborhoods to setting up inspections, she really took control of the process and helped guide me through every step of the way. Finding and buying a house has always been stressful for me, but Adrienne was able to turn it into an overall very enjoyable experience. I've never met a more professional and knowledgeable agent, and I would absolutely recommend Adrienne to anyone looking for a new home.

Adrienne is the best. I reached out to other realtors in the area for the very properties that Adrienne sold; and was hesitant to engage with another realtor. The past realtors cannot hold a candle to Adrienne. She is second to none. Adrienne assisted with the sell of two (2) properties within a few months of each other, one was lake front land on Lake Travis and other was a property in Taylor Texas. She never requested or insisted on improvements that would possibly not be recovered in the sale. Adrienne was knowledgeable, professional, organized, informed, personable to the needs, and available. She was always a phone call or an email away, with a timely response. She was thoughtful towards both parties; seller and buyer. A total professional. Seriously. Purchased two properties using her services. On both, she worked her tail off to find and show dozens of homes until we found what we really, really wanted. No pressure, no BS. She has just now completed the sale of the first property, a rental property, and, like my real estate luck goes, there were lots of issues and setbacks. She handled all with tact, professionalism and, well, sympathy. BTW she was my agent for the rental property as well. Again, a total professional. When candidates didn't suit her, she'd give me her insight. I trusted her completely to find the right tenants. Adrienne was an absolute joy to work with during the purchase of our first home. My wife and I had never been through a new home build, let alone the daunting purchase of our first home! She was EXTREMELY patient, kind and knowledgeable throughout the entire purchase and building of our home. We probably called her way too many times regarding little items or questions but she was always glad to help us at a moments notice. It was very obvious to me that she stands head and shoulders above her competition and we wouldn't think twice about using her again or referring her to our friends and family. Adrienne Hughes handled three property sales for us, and we couldn't be happier with her service and performance. I first met Adrienne in 2014 through a friend's referral because I wanted to lease my house and buy a condo and after our first meeting I knew she knew her stuff and I wanted to hire her as my realtor and ever since then I have purchased another home and leased it out. Adrienne will be my realtor as long as I live in Austin. She is the BEST! My renter's lease is going to be up soon and she has already emailed me and is working with my property management company to find new renters. She is on top of this real estate business and I promise you that if you hire Adrienne you will not regret it. 

<p>Adrienne Hughes, owner of Hughes and Company has impressed me since our first meeting.  </p> <p>She has provided prompt responses to all inquiries, protected my best interest at all times and assisted my family in a very successful sale and buy.</p> <p>To begin with, Adrienne provided me with a complete list of what I needed to do so that we were fully prepared on the sale of our home, she made recommendations to execute forms before we listed, and she had a stager come and provide their professional opinion to make some small changes that friends said made a big difference.  Things I didn't see, others were very impressed with the recommendations of her stager.  I would say all in all, we spent less than $200.00 and just a few days to get the house ready for the market.  She set us up for the electronic reminder anytime we had a showing and she asked for feedback from each showing.  We felt it was very beneficial to see what people had to say, good or bad.  We were very happy to get 3 offers over one weekend and we were afforded the ability to look at and weigh each option before selecting the family who would come to know our little house as their new home.  We closed on time, and Adrienne kept us abreast of any changes along the way.  She negotiated a lease back from the buyers so we had more time to find our next home and transition smoothly.  This was very helpful in this fast moving market.</p> <p>Adrienne guided us and showed us at lest 20 houses before we found one that we currently own.  When it came on the market, she helped us to contact the listing agent immediately  and we were the first people to view the new listing.  Adrienne was prepared to help us make the offer quickly in this hot market, and within an hour was able to send the documents electronically which expedited the execution of our new home contract.  We were luckily the only family that ever viewed our new home, we paid asking but were glad to avoid a bidding war. </p> <p>I would describe Adrienne Hughes as professional, prepared, knowledgeable, kind and personable.  She is still an excellent source for resources if I need a handy man, or a plumbing referral.  I would recommend her services to friends and family and do frequently!  </p>

Adrienne is amazing!!! I am really hard to please and she blew me away. I always got a response to my questions the same day, most of the time within the hour. Two years later I still ask her real estate questions and she will answer my questions and provide us with information. I feel like we made a friend in the process of buying our home. I really cannot say enough nice things about her professionalism and sense of urgency. I feel like we got an amazing deal on our house because she was expedient in getting our offer in. My husband and I were relocating to the Austin area from Pennsylvania. My husband was renting in Round Rock for 4 months while I stayed in PA to sell our previous house. We had never been to Texas before and knew nothing of the area. <br /> We found Adrienne Hughes on Angie's List and read great reviews. <br /> It was a concern of ours knowing my husband may need to be the one walking through the houses and taking care of all the paperwork without me physically being in Texas. Adrienne made everything work. She used an electronic document signing tool that allowed us to do all but the closing from our laptops and smartphones. Adrienne also set up a search page that found properties within our search criteria and notified us of new properties. That webpage also allowed my husband and I to add notes to each property and sort the properties by those we loved/liked/didn't want. Adrienne could also recommend or comment on those she thought we would really like. <br /> She understood what we liked and helped us think through our concerns with the final selection. She researched communities and properties and gave us information that was invaluable to our search. <br /> We ended up bidding on a house against 3 other families. I don't believe we would have ended up with this house had it not been for Adrienne's fast response and skills. <br /> I never bought a house without physically seeing it before, but I would trust Adrienne to do it again. <br />

I really wish there were ratings that I could give that were above an A because she knocked it out of the part, not once, but twice for the sale and purchase of my new home.  Adrienne showed up at my home on time, dressed professionally, and prepared.  I had a bunch of questions prepared to ask but as she was doing the walk through of my home, she answered them all.  At no point did I feel that my home was not worthy of her services.  She made me feel as if I were her only client.  During the initial meeting, she provided a marketing plan and was always open to other options. <br /> Adrienne also provided us with a home staging service.  All of this was included as part of her representing us.  I firmly believe that this made the difference between my home selling very quickly and it being on the market for several months.  We had an offer in 3 days. <br /> During the negotiations, Adrienne reached into her bag of skills and provided guidance on what items we should concede to and what we shouldn't.  She took the stress out of buying a home.   <br /> I always felt involved in the process and always knew what was occurring.  Adrienne was always very accessible.  I could call her and she'd answer or return my call very quickly.  My emails were answered in a very reasonable amount of time.  Usually within a few hours.  And this was a first.  She would text me anything that would require my immediate attention.   <br /> If I ever sell my house, I will have her represent me.  I am definitely recommending her to my friends and co-workers. <br />

Adrienne was extremely helpful, setting up an personalized on-line search that took our many criteria into account. She answered all my calls and e-mails promptly and worked with the realtor who listed the house we chose to get all the paperwork completed. She even met us at the rental house after it was officially rented (but before we moved in) so that we could take some measurements of the rooms. I highly recommend her!

We settled on a property that was about $100,000 less than our top price - a property that is in a premium neighborhood but will require a great deal of remodeling.  Adrienne was totally behind us (despite the obvious reduction in commission that she would receive) and began to do her real magic.  Coordination of visits to the site, help with locating available financing sources,  help with finding other professionals for advice and site testing, reading all the paperwork (her specialty) to protect our interests, negotiations, contracts, contract extensions, contract modifications, keeping us informed of every step and development, anticipating potential exposures, and on and on. <br /> <br /> I would no more do a real estate transaction without a Realtor than I would perform knee surgery on a family member (I'm not a doctor).  And I wouldn't even consider doing a real estate transaction without the help and professional skills of someone like Adrienne Hughes.

We live 5 hours from Austin and had been trying to do the search strictly on-line then driving to Austin on the weekends looking at houses. We were getting nowhere. Bob Smith*, a home inspector in Austin that we used to evaluate a For Sale By Owner house (that had a cracked slab) suggested Adrienne's agency. We contacted Smart Source Reality and Adrienne answered. She asked us to describe the exact house we wanted. We did and she emailed us 15 houses that fit our criteria. We evaluated those and realized there were other details we wanted so we submitted additional information and she researched the market and sent an additional 11 homes to evaluate. We narrowed the list to 15 and made an appointment to see them on the following Saturday. We met at the first home, saw it then hopped in Adrienne's car and saw all 14 remaining homes. She was extraordinary. She picked up on what we liked and didn't like about each property and as we went along she commented on those features. There was NO high pressure selling - NONE. it was as if we were with a friend, looking at the potential for our family. We settled on 3 properties that had everything we were looking for and slept on the decision. The next day we made a decision about one of the properties and made an offer. There is a lot of paperwork involved in making an offer - which Adrienne handled long-didtance with ease. There were several counter-offers before we settled on price and terms - all were smooth and timely. We had Bob Smith inspect the house and he found hail damage to the roof. We made an application to amend the contract. Adrienne handled the amendment with ease. The roof was replaced and we closed on time. Adrienne had our back through the entire transaction.
