Terrible. Not only did he lie when we first met, he continued to lie for two months. He did not pay his workers as they were coming to me and asking for $$. Hugo wrote several checks that did bounced to contractors ( and I have copies). Finally Hugo did not complete my job and when I looked him up on CSLB site, his license is currently suspended as it was at the time that we contracted. CSLB is late updating their website which is why when I checked his status in the beginning, it showed active. I paid him to perform a job in good faith, and not only did the job not get done, he kept the money and did not pay his workers. BEWARE of this guy!!!!
