Ed did not come to the initial appointment he scheduled. I reached out the next day and he rescheduled. The electrical work Ed did met our expectations and we are very happy with the ceiling fan install and new outlets. However, the drywall work is sub-par. The employees/sub-contract workers dry walled over the plumbing access that was previously accessible by a panel in the ceiling. The seam tape is not covered in mud in several places. The ceiling paint is gray and not bright white. They painted down the wall onto the existing paint and now we will have to paint the entire bathroom once all the other issues are corrected. The employees/sub-contract workers left a mess for us to clean up. This is in addition to the crew using our ladders, vacuums, mops, brooms, trash bag/cans, face masks, fans, roto-zip bit and caulking to complete work we hired them to do. The trash was placed in the trash can without the bag and we had to clean it up and dispose of the waste. The fans, which were previously used in the house, were left covered in drywall dust and splattered in drywall mud. We should not have had to provide all of this equipment, but at the very least it should have been returned in the same condition it was received in. We were told Ed would be here the next day to complete the work. He has not come back and that was over a week ago. I reached out again and Ed scheduled a date and time and again did not show. Ed hung up on my husband when he tried to call him and now will not answer our phone calls. If you decide to request an estimate be sure to take a photo or screen shot of the estimate as well as print a copy. Ed can make changes that you will not be able to go back and access, even when downloaded, the downloaded document is not the same as what is being shown on the screen.

Hunter Construction completed a new fence construction in one day with great satisfaction and reasonable cost. I would hire them again as they did quality work.
