Was not knowledgeable about 3-foot offset, materials used were incorrect, cost more than double of 2 other estimates but I selected because on Angi. Said would correct mistakes if I paid $600, then said $700. Then day of 'fix it' (about a month later) texted me saying he would not be doing it. I would not recommend.
