The install went great, very happy. First year of using it, not a single problem. Because of that, I wanted to continue doing business with this company, so I hired them to do the maintenance and did a 1 year service contract ($300+) which included an oil and filter change, full inspection and up to 2 no charge service calls. Well they did the oil change and when I got home, I noticed oil all over the base. Figured accidents happen, I'm not mad. A week later, we lose the power, generator shuts down because of low oil. I call HHS and they send the guy back next day to fix. 3 weeks later, lose the power again and again generator shuts down. This time waaay too much oil. Sends guy back again to fix. A few months later, lose power again generator never turns. The battery was not being charged. Now there's issue with gas valve. They refused to do warranty work while it was still under warranty Called 11/17/25 and they got the balls to return my 1/12/26(8wks) later. Worst company ever!!!!!!

I have found at least at the beginning of this process in purchasing a generator that it has been relatively smooth and the staff has been really helpful and pleasant to work with. So far it has been a pleasant experience and I look forward to continuing this journey with Hurricane Home Solutions.

From beginning to end, this process has been seamless. Hurricane Home Solutions isn’t just a sales outfit, but also services the products they sell, as well as installs them. Dean was our sales representative and provided a fair quote and provided several options for home standby generators and the reasons for his recommendations. When I had a propane contractor selected, I called the office and they coordinated the installation date for me. That way the propane contractor and the installation team would be available on the same day. And I also know when I need service, the company that sold it and installed it will be the servicing technicians as well.

Was not at home for the installation due to business. My wife ws very impressed.

Nat and Sam were really good to me!! Nat especially kept me informed every step of the way with everything they were doing while installing my generator. If I had any questions they had no problem telling me what was happening and why they were doing that. I would recommend Hurricane Home Solutions to all my friends. Apologies to Dean for forgetting to start with him who was the first person I met with regarding the generators and he also was excellent in explaining the difference with the generators I was checking out. By the time we were through talking I knew which generator I wanted and what the expensive was going to be and my decision was made. With every person I spoke with involving the company I have to say I am completely confident that Hurricane Home Solutions is an excellent company to do business with. Thank you all
