I have found at least at the beginning of this process in purchasing a generator that it has been relatively smooth and the staff has been really helpful and pleasant to work with. So far it has been a pleasant experience and I look forward to continuing this journey with Hurricane Home Solutions.

From beginning to end, this process has been seamless. Hurricane Home Solutions isn’t just a sales outfit, but also services the products they sell, as well as installs them. Dean was our sales representative and provided a fair quote and provided several options for home standby generators and the reasons for his recommendations. When I had a propane contractor selected, I called the office and they coordinated the installation date for me. That way the propane contractor and the installation team would be available on the same day. And I also know when I need service, the company that sold it and installed it will be the servicing technicians as well.

Nat and Sam were really good to me!! Nat especially kept me informed every step of the way with everything they were doing while installing my generator. If I had any questions they had no problem telling me what was happening and why they were doing that. I would recommend Hurricane Home Solutions to all my friends. Apologies to Dean for forgetting to start with him who was the first person I met with regarding the generators and he also was excellent in explaining the difference with the generators I was checking out. By the time we were through talking I knew which generator I wanted and what the expensive was going to be and my decision was made. With every person I spoke with involving the company I have to say I am completely confident that Hurricane Home Solutions is an excellent company to do business with. Thank you all

They were fantastic! They were polite, fast, organized, good clean up, and explained everything. The quality of the generator looks durable, and could last longer. They are the only company who told me that the generator needed to be serviced for every 2 years instead of every year. They also installed it on a stoned pad instead of a concrete which saved me a lot of money. The piping inside of the house was a flexible steel coil. They also do service calls.
