We hired Zack to execute a remodel of our master bathroom. Overall we are pleased with the end result. Zack was very professional and very responsive to our needs. When we ran into a couple of issues he was responsive and quick to resolve. We would hire him again for our next project

Zach was fantastic to work with. I showed him a picture of what I wanted and the bathroom came out exactly as we wanted it to. He brought the samples of tile to me, so that I never had to go to any store to pick it out. Zack is very professional, friendly, punctual, respectful and a hard worker. He and his team were at our house when they said they would be each day until the project was finished. We chose the right contractor for the job. I would hire Zack again for any project that we may have in the future. I can't say enough good things about Zack or his work.

Zack organized the granite installation, had the plumber ready to hook up sink and faucet, then did a masterful job tiling the backsplash, dealing with a slightly unloved surface...not even noticeable! Very happy with the work and the time frame for all the work - plus great clean-up after everything was finished.

I live in a remodeled cabin from the 1940's. It's a cape now! Gettting to the second floor through the original cramped stairwell was very difficult and it was ugly to boot! I've hated the area where the stairs were since I moved in nine years ago. Zack and his wingman Brian did a great job resolving some old mistakes made over the years, doing all the work I asked for and then some. Now I can't stop looking at the results of their hard work. I lwholeheartedly recommend Zack's company. Oh almost forgot to mention, he is great with dogs and cats! He even Did some first aid on me when I injured myself while he was at my house. Bonus!

For God's sake do not hire this guy. Don't believe the good reviews here, they have got to be made up by friends and family. Zack portrays himself as a honest guy just trying to make a living. He told us he "loves the work" and is not out to gouge anyone. Nothing could be further from the truth. We hired him to remodel our downstairs area giving him a very large down payment which he cashed immediately. Though some work was completed, Zack never did anything himself. Instead he went skiing while he had one guy, Brian, who acts as a "jack of all trades" doing everything. Less then halfway through the job Zack came to our house and retrieved his equipment. He walked out on the job and has left our home in shambles. I have no kitchen, living room or downstairs bath. The stairs are ripped apart and we are basically camping out in our own home. Zack will not respond to calls or texts and it's become clear he has no intention of finishing this job. Most of what was done is either done so poorly that it needs to be re-done or it wasn't done at all. (They also damaged every major appliance we had, completely destroyed the tile floor and poured cement down our kitchen drain!He's NOT a contractor !! stay away from this guy what ever you do! Downpayment was $25000.00

"This really hurts me as you can see by my other reviews I take customer service to its highest standards. I'm sorry that you feel this way but there were multiple times where you took it upon yourself to order materials which then ended up being incorrect when they showed up. It is very difficult as a contactor to alter or make them work with no extra cost. We have bent over backwards really trying to make this work and do apologize that we were unable to come to an amicable solution. I will not go into all the specifics but I wish you the best of luck moving forward"

Zack and Brian were fantastic. Personable, responsive, communicative, friendly. Zack was willing to be flexible and work with my husband who was a contractor for many years. His willingness to work within our schedule and timelines has been crucial. Zack and Brian will be back to do additional work and we couldn't be more pleased.

Both workers were meticulous in their work. They made the unit fit perfectly and took great care to ensure we were pleased with the end result. After each day they also cleaned the workspace and were punctual, pleasant and polite.

Mr. Hutchinson did a wonderful job he framed in our basement and then drywalled it for us he took care of contracting the taper to finish it off he was very pleasant and very respectful to work with my husband and I would recommend him to anyone we know

I couldn't have been happier with the work that was done. Zack was very professional and really knew what he was doing. He helped explain to me the best options available and what the cost implications of each option would be. He was very neat and cleaned up before he left every day. He started at the date he told me he would and actually finished a few days early! The final cost was exactly what he told me it would be. I will definitely be using Hutchinson remodeling for my next project and would suggest them to anyone. If you want someone that is going to get you exactly what you want, with professionalism and quality, this is the person to use. I have no doubt that the value of my house went up much more than the money I spent.

We were very happy with the work that was done. We were given a cost and date that he could start and he started right on time and finished within the time frame he gave us. Zack was very nice and friendly and always made sure that we knew when he was going to be there and when he would be leaving every day. I work from home and I could hardly tell he was there. The room was left extremely clean at the end of the day and the room was spotless when he was done with the job. The final price was exactly what he quoted us and we were very pleased with the work that was done. We would most definitely suggest him to friends and family or anyone that is looking for drywall work to be done that wants a painless, professional experience without any hassle. Any future drywall projects we will definitely be calling Hutchinson remodeling and construction.

Zack was very responsive and helped us to choose the best fit and size of a door along with style. He worked within our budget and was very timely. He called us several times prior to the installation to ensure all the details were in order. He arrived on time for every appointment and was very professional. His assistants were also professional. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure I was happy before leaving. I will definitely be calling them in the future for other projects.
