Ben notified us he could come to our house ahead of the scheduled time - he is very efficient. We had a stoppage error code due to an overflow - the wrong soap by accident and suds overflowed into the pan & the overflow switch activated the error code. He was done in minutes and charged us $200, not bad. I learned from him how to fix the problem if there is a next time.
