Hvac Care 1 came out immediately, courteous. I’ve had at least three other servicemen come out with no result or refused to take the job. Hakim did a great job! I will definitely keep them in my contacts and will be calling them for yearly maintenance. Thank you 😊

Tech came out and was helped adjust dampers for 30 mins. $150 service fee. Makes suggestion to clean outside Carrier unit which took 3/4 hour. $250. Asked him why so much his response was the cleaning solution is an expensive. In my defense I should have been provided an estimation prior to cleaning. In their defense I should have asked how much it would cost. I would have sought to negotiate, which I will always attempt to do, and I feel their business practices are pretty shady. HVAC companies from experience have to be treated with a high distrust.
