"Mrs. [Member Name Removed], We are very sorry we did perform up to standards, we are very overwhelmed by the hurricane and the two following storms which did major damage in areas with the tornadoes. We are a small family owned business and tried our best to handled every situation as quickly as possible. We have received an overwhelming amount of calls and did our best to return them in the order they were received and still process our day to day work load. We put all our repairs in security order, pools, small children in access to water like retention ponds, then animals that needed to be secured. We did come out (2/14/17) your husband was home,and adjust your gate that would not lock, and get it back in adjustment, but your gate was functioning and you were completely enclosed at all times. We are sorry that due to mother nature and the situation our city as a whole has faced with these storms that you felt we did not perform to your standard. We take pride in the work and customer service we provide and never want to disappoint our customers. We are sadden that you stated once the work was performed you would amend your review on the sites you posted on and have not. The settling of your gate is a normal for fencing when you put the fence in there are air pockets still under the ground and when you have rain that dirt turns to mud and fills in those pockets and can cause your keeper on the gate to get off and need to be adjusted, that is covered under your warranty."
