Excellent. Waylon and his team were very professional, answered all questions I had and performed superb service. Within the past year, I have had a few issues with my HVAC system. First go around, I contacted a different company who came by to access the issue and repair. For the time and labor involved (less than an hour) I feel I paid an outrageous amount but it needed to be done (summer time in the Panhandle of FL). The second issue, which turned out to be a faulty capacitor was handled by Waylon at H&W. Again another less than hour job to access and fix the issue but this time Waylon explained why this fix would be a "Band-Aid" to a bigger problem and advised looking into replacing my unit soon due to it's age and wear. All in all this cost me a third of the price from the previous visit by the other company. Fast forward to this past week, I contacted H&W and another company to get a quote for HVAC replacement. The first company came by and gave a detailed review of what would be done. H&W did the same but forwarded me the quote same day. The other company didn't get back to me until 3 days later, needless to say they missed out. Waylon and his professional team came by and completed the job, ran through everything they took care of and even followed up on additional questions I had at the end. You will be doing yourself a disservice if you do not contact them for any HVAC issue, big or small.

We had several issues over the summer with our AC unit and Waylon was very responsive to our service requests. Diagnosis showed we needed a new system. I had issues on my end nailing down a solid install date, and he was very accommodating to my changing schedule. Install of the new system was fast and professional. They left the worksite immaculate, and removed all old items. Waylon and his team are true professionals and I will recommend to anyone who needs any HVAC work done.

We called H & W the next morning, and Mr. Cotton came out before noon. He quickly found the problem and repaired it.

Called H&W and they were very courteous on the phone. Waylon sent out Scott right baway and he was at my house within an hour. He was helpful, pleasant and professional and got our AC thawed and working again. $100: $75 standard service visit charge plus $25 for the work he did. Cheaper than the hotel room we would have booked to get out of the hot house! I will use them again. They treated me like a priority during a hot summer season when most other AC companies are overbooked and super busy and treat you like they don't need your business. Thanks, Waylon and Scott!

Called H&W but was unable to reach anyone. Call was not returned. Next (days later) tried their online system to request an appointment, but that got no response either. Note that when I first used them 2 years ago I was told their online appointment system doesn't function well and they aren't notified of pending appointments, and yet 2 yrs later the system is still being used and I was told again that it doesn't work well for them. Finally, a week later, I tried texting (which is not how I'd typically contact a business). I got a response and an appointment same-day. They came out and checked my unit (both inside and outside units), poured bleach water through the drain pipe, to clean it out, and said all appeared fine. I was also told since I had a heat pump, it wasn't necessary to have the unit checked again in the Fall before turning it to Heat. I would use them again, but it can be challenging to reach someone to make an appointment.

Waylon was very quick to respond to my issue and was able come by that same day. After a quick diagnosis, he determined it to be a faulty fuse. After replacing the fuse, he provided a complimentary check of the whole system and cleaned debris from the unit.

Waylon is very professional. This is the 4th time I have used them. They arrive on time and do the work they say. I usually follow them around to see for myself what is going on with my units. I trust these guys to take care of me. I own some beach condos and sometimes I am present when they come and sometimes it's a trouble call when I am away (I live far away). Waylon attends to my needs and usually comes quickly. I really like this company. The cost below was for 2 units.

Everything went very well. Waylon did an excellent job in checking everything out then going over everything with my wife and me. He is very punctual and professional. I plan to hire H & W again in September when my annual checkup is due.

.Wonderful! I called the next morning and Waylon took my call. He was on another job but came over after he finished. He is a very professional young man who listened to my husband and then very quickly diagnosed the problem. He had the necessary part - a contactor- and told us to spray around the unit as we had ants there also. In less than an hour we were back to having our AC on. Total cost to us was $155.00. WE WILL DEFINITELY CALL THEM WHENEVER WE NEED SERVICE. My husband is hard to impress and he was very impressed with the professionalism and respectful service we were given.

Messaged a different Angie's List business early Sunday morning, but never heard from them, so I decided to call H&W at 8:12 am on Monday.  They were very pleasant and committed to have a technician come to my home within the hour.  The technician showed up within the promised time and completed his diagnostic work and repair work within an hour or so.  The most important thing is that I felt confident that I would not have another sweltering night of poor sleep.  I sincerely appreciate all aspects of this local business and will not hesitate to call on them in the future for all my A/C and heating needs.  Thanks very much...my home has been comfortably cool since Monday evening.
