Two company representatives arrived to my home on Saturday March 23rd to propose a quote for the install of my outdoor shed. The two (father & son) looked at the carton the building was in and stated they could assemble the building on my already prepared concrete slab. I asked what their charge would be, the father stated $250 which I thought to be a very fair price. We discussed when they would be able to do the job, they initially stated it would on the Monday, March 25th at which time I informed them that I would not be available due to my traveling to Columbus only on weekend, they at the time stated they could do it on that day which was the 23rd. They proceeded to do the assembly as I checked on them a couple of times, once I saw that they were assembling the 4 corners first I was happy as I have assisted with assembly it my Arrow shed at my home in Tallahassee and knew the 4 corners needed to be assembled first. They did not finish the assembly on the Saturday due to the darkness setting in, they stated they would return on the Sunday, I informed them that I would not be onsite due to having a prior appointment on the Saturday morning in Albany, GA. I informed them that my daughter would be there and have the payment once the job was complete. They finished the assembly and was paid by my son-in-law. I requested that my daughter take pictures and send to me so I could see the building, my daughter FaceTimed me and this is when I saw the areas where light was showing through at the roof area, the floor area and that the building was not square as the right side is hanging over the slab. I contacted H&W Home Solutions via text on the 24th regarding the issues and received a response that they would come by and take care of the areas needing attention. My daughter stated he came back but the issues were not resolved. I texted H&W on Saturday, March 30th sending him just a few of the photos showing some of the major flaws, I did not receive a response. I placed a phone call to the company on the same day, the 30th did not get an answer and could not leave a message because the voicemail box was full.
