H WILLIAMS PAVING

This company came in mid August 2015 to do my asphalt driveway. My husband had done a lot of the work already by digging down over 1 foot of dirt. The person we spoke to Andre promised that it would be a 1 day job. He claimed that he was a relative (I believe he said nephew) of the owner. The son of H Williams (Rich) came and started the job. Apparently, this guy Rich also owns a company called R Williams. First thing in the morning there were issues. The company got fined by my town because they dumped a truck of dirt in the street blocking traffic. Police had to come and handle the situation. They DID NOT finish the job as promised that same day. We only paid part of the money and Andre agreed that the remaining balance would be paid when they finish the job. However, they said that they were not able to schedule a date for them to return and that they would contact us to schedule. My husband waited and finally decided to start calling them in mid September. At first, they kept saying that they would call us back but they never did so my husband kept calling and then eventually NO ONE EVER PICKED UP AGAIN. They DO NOT return calls or voicemails. The owner Henry called one time after my husband left a voicemail threatening to call our lawyer and Henry promised that someone would call in a week and to contact him directly if they didn't. Well, guess what? No one called and Henry never answered or called back. I went to the address on their contract. There is no one there and the building is locked. It looked like it was just a place to park their trucks. I looked through some windows and the place looked abandoned on the inside. My husband called the numbers on the trucks that were parked in the lot. One of tehm is R Williams which is owned by Rich teh son who came to our house. The other is WB paving and when we called we found out that it is owned by Henry's brother. But of course, he said he has nothing to do with anything because he is a separate company. BEWARE of these 3 companies, They are are unprofessional and fraudulent. My husband has already contacted our lawyer but I want everyone to stay away from them! <br />

The crew showed up on time with an advance phone call of projected arrival time.  Performed job as discussed.  The crew were courteous and dedicated to my customer satisfaction. <br />

From start to finish we like to work with this company. Everyone knows what to do. Well organized, highly  trained workers. <br /> All the equipment cleaned and looks like a new. <br /> <br />

very good job.  Dug up the old pavement where needed and repaved entire driveway. Fast, efficient, pleasant to deal with.. <br />

Excellent from beginning to end. On time. Did everything that had been agreed upon before job. Most impressively took no money until entire job was completed and approved of.  Very highly recommend. <br />

H. Williams,LLC. was paving a driveway across the road.  Jim, the owners son, saw my driveway needed work and approached me. Jim pointed out the repairs needed on my driveway and detailed how the repairs would be made.  As soon as the other job was done, the crew came over and started my driveway. A few hours later they were finished and I now have a really nice paved driveway. The crew was professional and courteous. The owner, Henry williams,, was on the job at all times. I knew my driveway needed repairing and I was checking around for different paving companies.  I was glad Jim came over and offered his service. I am completely satisfied with the price and the quality of the paving. <br />
