HYDRAULIC MOBILE POWERWASH

He did a great job. I have a red door and it ended up getting a little faded, but he sent a guy out to repaint it the next day, and it was free of charge.

They did a beautiful job on the house. What I didn't realize is that they were using chemicals that caused damage to my fern plants.

Although we caught Steve and Jason Swingle at a convenient time on their schedule, the speed of their response to our inquiry was amazing.  We called Steve at 10:30; he was at our house by 11:00, and we agreed to his estimate by 11:15.  It turned out that Jason planned to finish another job that morning, so we arranged for him to do ours that same afternoon.  He arrived shortly after 1:00.  We were extremely impressed by his thoroughness.  We had neglected our patio for several years, and grit and grime had worked deeply into the brick.  Jason did at least three full wash applications, at the end of which the brickwork looked nearly as good as new.  He also provided some useful suggestions for maintenance. <br /> This was first-class work, supported by first-class customer service.  We highly recommend this father-son team <br />

Steve & Jason were prompt to reply when I contacted them. The turn around time was even more impressive. Within 24 hours of contact they were working on my house. They were prompt, professional & reasonably priced.

Jason and his team of two arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently.  Powerwashing was completed  in just a couple of hours. with great care taken to make sure landscaping was not damaged.  And THEY PROVIDE THE WATER! They removed and washed all furniture from the porches (3) as well. The difference in appearance is amazing; I really didn't think some of the discoloration on gutters, etc. could be removed, but they did it. Jason did a 'walk around' after finishing to make sure I was satisfied. The painters came a couple of days later and their work was excellent as well. Exterior doors were repaired and painted and the porch looks as good as new. All in two days! Steve and his team were honest in their advice and didn't recommend unnecessary work to increase the cost as some companies have done in the past.  I asked that an extra coat of paint be added to the porch rails as well as another coat of sealant on the walk, and this was done without complaint.  Steve stopped by twice after the job to make sure all was completed as promised. Absolutely no complaints. This is a great company to work with and I highly recommend them for powerwashing and interior/exterior painting. <br />

Steve and his son Jason were great to work with.  They were very prompt and informative.  They also gave me a quote on updating my front porch from wood to vinyl.  The house looked amazing after the work was completed.  I would highly recommend this company and I will use them in the future. <br />

Hardly recognized the house when I got home. They responded quickly to my email and came out at my convenience to give me a quote. The day they were to come it rained however they arrived the very next morning.

Went very well.   Amazing difference!   Impressive 'before and after'.   Previously the brick was very gray, dingy with mildew/mold.   Brick and aging wood deck all now look like new! <br />

Steve and his son Jason did a spectacular job!  They were prompt, efficient, and left everything spotless. It had been a really long time since I had my home power washed, so they had to work really hard to get everything clean.  Now, I can be proud of how my home will look for all my holiday visitors!  I highly recommend them for your power washing needs!! <br /> In addition, when Steve was providing an estimate for me for the power wash job, we talked about his painting service. My screened-in deck really need work!  Anyway, I asked about interior painting of my ceilings, and ended up hired his painting crew to paint 4 of my ceilings. The ceilings were lifted (they were majorly drooping - about 1/2 an inch in the middle) by Ed Sawyer (another Angie's List person that I highly recommend for your drywall needs) back in June, and desperately need new paint. <br /> When my husband took down the ceiling fans to make the ceiling ready for the painters, we discovered that the boxes for our ceiling fans had cracked the drywall, plus they be lifted up from the attic to make them work. Steve's painters (Chris and Russell) fixed the boxes and patched the drywall for us. They did such a great job of both and kept our hose so clean while they worked!  They're scheduled to paint on Monday (Sep 18th), and I'm fully confident that they're work will be excellent.  I'll do another review to let you know. <br />

Jason and his helper showed up right on time, verified exactly what was wanted, and did the work well and quickly.  They also checked my gutters and saw that they badly needed cleaning, which I will have done very soon. <br />

I love this company and will use them again. The owner actually answered the phone, and gave me a quote and a date. I shopped around and if the other companies answered the phone ( only one did ) their prices were much more. Two young men showed up on time. They told me what they were going to do. I have a lot of bushes around my house that I was worried about. They were GREAT. They worked fast and were so polite. My house was a beautiful white... Like new. And I can say 1 month later all my bushes are alive and doing great. I will definitely use these guys again. <br />
