They came when expected. A bit late but they called to update as to time. No coplaints and no spiders either!

Although the technician treated my home twice, the insects kept returning. When I called for a third treatment, I was told that my warranty had expired. The technician was very polite, punctual and professional, but the treatment was not effective.

I called a number of services in the San Fernando Valley area. The price Hydrex initially quoted me was higher than other services, but after a discount for Angie's, they were competitive. Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and helpful. Hydrex was able to schedule the treatment more quickly than some of the other services, and adjusted the technique to accommodate our pets. The technician was prompt and very personable. He advised us that the ants might return for a few days after the treatment, which they did. Nevertheless, my wife was impatient, so I asked Hydrex if they would retreat part of the area. I suspect the ants were behaving just as the technician anticipated, but Hydrex sent him back out without any argument, or even discussion. I think that showed excellent customer service. We haven't seen an ant since.

This company is very reliable and very knowledgeable. It took them probably an hour to complete the service.

Did good job with repair and paint. We were impressed by their initial assessment; we were afraid it was termites, but they were upfront about the problem and did not charge for the inspection, even though we didn't commit to the repair.

After extremely poor customer service from our former pest control service, we switched to Hydrex. We were offered a discount for paying a full year of service and the customer service has been excellent thus far. We have only had one service performed since we signed up but we are very hopeful this will be a very good pest control service provider. We also asked for early notification prior to service dates as we have a pet that must be kept inside on service days. Office staff has been friendly and pest control summaries (showing chemicals used) provided on service dates.

Excellent - we are very happy with them! Hydrex inspected our house for termites. They were very thorough, took their time, and inspected the entire house, inside, outside, around the perimeter, and underneath the house. We were very impressed. He found several types of termites and recommended that work be done. We agreed. They injected chemicals around the perimeter, subterranean, into the ground. Then they tented and fumigated our house. They were professional, kind, took their time explaining everything every step of the way, and patiently answered all our questions and concerns. During the actual process of treatment, they were extremely thorough and we were very impressed. Then tenting actually went fast, and two days later, we were back in the house. They helped us every step of the way, were professional, punctual, and very helpful. We would definitely use them again, and we highly recommend them.

OK. Still some evidence of insects.

Hydra responded to my call immediately, gave me a time frame of 2 hours for a tech to come and assess the situation. He arrived in that time frame, gave me cheaper suggestions for other questions I had and tackled the problem right then and there. Totally PRO Totally worth it. His name is Jorge Altimarano and he was fantastic would definitely use them again

It worked. Dave determined that I had a gopher with young pups (by examining the surface holes in the lawn). He administered the pest control, then came back each week for four consecutive weeks to make sure the problem was gone.

We've been happy with them. We would use Hydrex Termite Control Co of Southern Calif again and we have used them.

All of the Hydrex people I spoke with were great. I called 5 minutes before they were closing up for the day on Saturday and they were having some computer issues, but the woman on the phone assured me she'd have someone to us on Monday. I called to confirm Monday and sure enough she said someone would be out in about an hour. Jorge showed up about an hour later as scheduled. We walked around the entire house, inside and out, and he pointed out the many places those little freeloaders could get into the crawl spaces. He came up with a plan, gave me a flat price that included follow-up visits to remove the weekly catches and make sure he got them all. He came back two days later just as he said he would. He sealed up every potential accessway. Then he returned for the follow-ups, calling each time the day before to confirm and ask if I had heard the little bums scurrying around (I had not). When he was delayed once, he called to let me know he would be late. In all I found Jorge and the office staff to be courteous, professional, easy to work with, and stayed in communication with me throughout the process. A+ work!

They were caught. Problem resolved.

There are no more roaches at apartments

They were fast to respond, scheduled same day due to an emergency situation, showed up on time, and did a great job. They were available when I needed to follow up with some questions a week later and were happy to help.

They were prompt and professional. The treatment has been very effective, we have not had any ant problems for months now.

It took two months of weekly visits but the bugs are finally gone. Steve, the technician, was definitely on top of it. Checking in weekly to make check on the status of the situation - when necessary, he treated the affected areas once again. I cannot express my thanks enough for the service provided.
