They were the first ones to call, came out the same day and had the work done in 30 minutes. The two gentlemen that came out and were very nice and even programmed my my system and fixed two sprinkler heads and did not charge extra.

Ceasar came out to look at my timer box and to determine why the 3 zones were not showing up. There are 3 black timer boxes for up to 9 zones inside my sprinkler box. He immediately found out that one of those timer boxes had quit working so he moved the wires for those three zones to a different timer box and all the zones worked perfectly and it only cost me $50.00. Another sprinkler company, Big Tree Sprinkler Repairs, had be out earlier that day and told me my valves were not working and he needed to replace 2 of them for a total of $350.00. HydroQuest personnel were honest and did only the work that was needed without telling me I needed other work done for a higher cost. I would highly recommend them. One problem is the quote I got for my backyard irrigation system seems high but I plan to call the owner out and see if we can somehow make it less costly. I am sure they will be happy to oblige.

Took two of them all day. Only complaint is they didn't let me know when they arrived and began working, and therefore did not confirm the work I wanted leading them to dig a trench in a wrong location. Otherwise they focused on work and got it done.

I absolutely hate to write bad reviews on companies but the owner Michael has left me no choice. Please Be aware! Initially the communication was good but the customer service changed once the check was cashed. I spent over $7000 on a 3 day project of installing irrigation, sod, Palm trees, shrubs & Landscape Rock. For that amount of money I expected everything to be done PROFESSIONALLY. I was wrong. I recently discovered the Landscape Rock on the side of my home was not properly prepped & installed. Basically the rock was thrown over grass with no prep work underneath. Simple fix. Just prep the area & install the fabric underneath & I'm happy. I asked Michael to fix the problem & his reply was "I didn't quote you for that. You'll have to pay extra for me to come fix that". Michael, I paid you to do a job professionally. I didn't pay you to cut corners. After further stating my case, Michael agreed he was at fault ,but if I wanted the problem fixed at no cost, it would take 2-3 months. If I wanted to pay extra, he could get it done next week. Unbelievable!

They came out and dug the trenches by hand. When they get finished they are able to put the grass back on top of the spot. The whole experience was amazing- He walked us through how the system works and he really went out of his way to make sure that the sprinklers were placed in strategic positions. He is also very aware of the plants and what sprinklers are best for each variety. They were in and out in one day, which included the yard repair. It looks perfect and works flawlessly.
