Rich was communicating well up until Dec.7. Then, there was zero communication at all. I needed my items back for Christmas and company. I ended up having to completely repurchase several items.

Hygena Pure was everything that we could ask for from a company. They responded quickly and found the source of the damage in our basement. Rich is one of a kind. He doesn't sugar coat the situation and he sticks to his quotes. You will know exactly what is happening and why. Rich put my family and our needs first and even guided us on what to expect from insurance. What really gave us the peace of mind is that with the amount of experience he has in the business he knew plenty of people to call and help us with our problems as we went through our basement remodel from the damage. He followed up on the work they did and with me to make sure my family was doing all right. I cannot sing his praises enough. He took a situation that I had no experience with and loads of anxiety about and made me feel like it was manageable. He doesn't overcharge you and he does everything he can to keep your costs down. If you are looking for someone in this field you can trust with your job its him.

Rich gave a very fair estimate and was always on time and communicated with me in great detail what was completed and what more he was going to do until the job was completed. He went up and beyond to make sure the job was done correctly.
