About us

Arcos & Co brings hands-on homebuilding experience and deep Austin roots to residential construction and real estate development. Founder Juan Martinez began building at 22 and brings experience building more than 16 new single-family homes. His family has worked as builders and general contractors in the Austin area since the 1980s. Our project albums show completed Austin homes, including kitchens, bathrooms, interior finishes, outdoor spaces, and compact infill sites. Our current focus includes luxury residential, multifamily, and commercial development. Juan’s UT Austin background in computer science and mathematics supports a practical approach to planning, problem-solving, and coordination. We begin with your site, goals, scope, and timeline, then discuss project fit and next steps. Thoughtful design, attention to detail, and clear communication guide our approach. Explore our work at arcosco.com and tell us what you have in mind.

Excited that they squeezed me into their schedule and finished both my office update and a full bathroom remodel. I’m really happy with how both spaces turned out and would hire them again!

In real estate, when a client delivers a standout product, the market responds immediately—and that’s exactly what happened with Juan. He is brilliant to work with, strategic, and meticulous about high-caliber standards. Thanks to the exceptional quality of his homes and his sharp business sense, we went under contract quickly and secured full price. Juan is a first-class professional, and I give him my highest recommendation.
