I2T Inspection and Electrical services was called in to my home to do a general electrical system evaluation on our electrical panel. We were having a lot of breakers tripping, some of our appliances were not running correctly, so they did a great deal of inspection and realized some of our circuits were overload, they found significant heat coming from some of the breakers, also found some circuits that were added, but not correctly. All of those issues were contributing to the numerous power fluctuations we were seeing in our house. After recommending corrective actions, they were able to fix all of our issues and brought our panel to standard. Fantastic company with a very knowledgeable personal on both power system design and inspection. Very professional, knowledgeable, and innovative company. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and will recommend them to all my family and friends.

I2T Inspections did the electrical inspection on my home and discovered that I didn't have any ground faults at my dock. I truly believe by correcting the electrical system at my dock they potentially saved someone's life. The inspector was on time, courteous, meticulous and professional. I will be hiring them again for future services.

Professional, and diligent inspection. Also reasonable price, which help me negotiate with the seller! All follow up questions were answered after the inspection which shows the above and beyond! He also provided a means to fix it through DIY or a contractor. The inspector also provided with electrical quote on the repairs I’m going to need in the future.
