Hired to fix leaking faucet. Didn't really fix

This was one was the worst experiences Ive ever had. They said it would take 10 days max, but it took about a month or more. They did not come every day, and when they did come, they would arrive around 3 pm to 5 pm. They would work past midnight. Sometimes finishing around 4 am. I had to apologize to my neighbors and ask for leniency multiple times. The workers left trash (fast food bags and wrappings, and cigarette buds) around, leaving our family to clean up their trash. They also put a black covering on the opposite side of the garage where we moved our items so that they could work. But it was obvious that they did not pay attention and did not care, since the dirt got everywhere, and again our family was left to clean up their mess. The upsetting part is that these are concerns we addressed before we contracted them. And they were happy to LIE and say that everything would be well taken care of. Things get worse when they PARTIALLY COMPLETED the job. They were done covering up the garage concrete and driveway asphalt. â Asphalt was not done evenly and smoothly. They told us they would come back when the weather got warmer and complete the job, including sealing the driveway. But even after leaving multiple phone calls, sending messages, and an email, we have not heard from them. One of the workers unplugged our freezer, which made all the food rotten and left our brand new freezer smelling like a dead body. My mom and I cleaned out all the food because the workers couldnt breathe near the freezer. they said they would get someone to come the next day to clean it, but it was already spilling over to the ground. How would we just leave it be? They tried to wash the stench away with their power cleaner, but all it did was scratch and break our freezer parts. the smell still did not leave the freezer after my mom and I used Clorox, vinegar, and baking soda. They did not compensate us for our food or our labor time to deal with their mess. They said they would compensate our food worth over $1,500.00 by not taking payment for sealing the driveway which cost $700.00. But it doesnt matter anyway, since they completely ignored our calls and message to schedule the work. The concrete job was also done poorly, there are clumps of concrete that were not smooth out and ruined our garage. I decided to trust their company and decided to go with them since Angi/Angies List recommended them.

We ended up asking them to not even finish the job and not come back. We paid them way more than we had originally contracted for just to get them to leave. They inset our plumbing for our shower too deep so we had to get an extender just to be able to attach the handle so we could turn on the shower and the hole that they made to get to the pipes in case anything ever broke inside the walls is way too small, so we are having to build an access door in the room next to it so we will be able to get to the plumbing. They laid out linoleum and it is warped and has bulges and they didnt cut it correctly, so the baseboard quarter round does not cover it in spots. Since they did not have the free standing faucet part at the time, they capped the water lines off and then built my rise that holds my tub around them, but didn't leave enough room around the cap and then grouted and tiled around it so that there is no getting to the cap to even take it off to get to the plumbing to install a faucet. (So, I have a beautiful tub and no way to get water in it.) They liquid nailed my baseboards to the wall and then reinforced it with screws on one wall and then on the other, they glued the baseboard and the quarter round together and then glued it to the floor. They did not clean up the mortar mess they made and now I have grey on my ceiling and on my window blinds. The baseboards they put in are not the same as the ones I have on the wall that they did nothing to, do now I have mismatched baseboards that I can do nothing about. They trashed my driveway with their cigarette butts and they took three months of sometimes coming and working and sometimes not showing up at all (but NEVER on time that they said they would be there.) They were extremely hard to get ahold of and there was a feeling that their secretary may not have relayed messages to them if we did call. They did not ever email me a copy of my contract, like they said they would and then they demanded the last payment before the job was even finished. (By that time, we were done.... so we paid them what they asked for, even though it was $3,000 dollars more that the original cost, just so they would go away and not come back). They also threatened to put a lien on the house if it was not paid, even though we requested that we pay them after I got to inspect it. (I was out of town at the time). They told us no, and demanded payment, we paid them and asked them to not come back. If you want professionalism, promptness and a job done right, this is not the company you are looking for.

Ran a bit behind for my s scheduled appointment but called to let us know. They repaired my leaking faucet and replaced it which was a little pricey. They explained that it would be a little cheaper to buy my own, but my husband went ahead and paid for what they sold. Overall we were pleased with the work they had done

Shantol Jackson did a fantastic job trouble shooting our backed up plumbing. He returned the next day and fixed a really messy clogged main line. I can't thank him enough for moving boxes and cleaning up the "mess". Very professional and great attitude!

Seantell was the plumber. He was courteous and professional. He had to return twice to replace damaged or ill-fitting parts that were received. He was timely in coordinating the purchase of the required parts, and he did a good job on the repairs and installation. He is a fine representative of the company.
