iPond and Waterfalls, LLC

I am extremely happy with our 20 foot stream with a triple drop waterfall. Jacob told me what the plan was and he and his team executed in a timely and very professional manner. I am thinking about adding another water feature in the front next spring.

They started the pond in July. It took them a few days to complete. The day after the completion the pond started leaking a lot. After some time and miscommunication, they finally came out and fixed the issues. Although I was not too pleased with the time it took to fix the leak, they did complete the task and they did stand by their work. Started project in July and finished fixing issues in the beginning of September.

I contacted Jacob to install a waterfall to our swimming pool as a surprise for my husband. Jacob and his team were professional, lived by his word to have the project done in 1 day and at the price originally quoted. I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone looking for this kind of project. The finished project was perfect and my husband was not only surprised but he loved it!

I was referred to iPond by home advisor and so glad that I found them! My pond was leaking and iPond came within a couple of days and diagnosed the problem. A week later they came and did the work and am very happy with the results. In addition to fixing the leak they rearranged the waterfalls, added lights, and added plants. Looks so much better!

Excellent results on my Aquascape Pondless Disappearing Waterfall, I just love it! Jacob Logan installed this beautiful water feature, promptly,in a couple of days, with such creativity and skill, I am amazed. He transformed a grown up area, in front of my pool, into a lovely water feature, with LED lights, 3 waterfalls, nice stones, and plants. He also installed 7 LED landscape lights around my pool. So glad I found him! Definitely will hire him, again. So nice, too.
