Technician arrived on time, explained things clearly, and was very professional

We have an automatic house generator that requires annual maintenance. Our former maintenance company owners’ retired and we needed to find another company for this important task. After researching many companies, I scheduled an appointment with iPower Generators in Valhalla. The office person, Sydney, was pleasant and accommodating when scheduling our time. We received reminder text msgs regarding our appointment. Aaron, the technician, arrived on time. I had never been present when our former company performed the annual maintenance check. I asked Aaron many questions about the scope of work. Aaron was very informative - answering all my questions , explaining the work and reasons for certain actions. Aaron was knowledgeable, courteous and diligent. He was also very affable. It was a pleasure meeting him. I’m both happy and confident in selecting iPower Generators to maintain our generator.

iPower has the best customer service. They send an email and text notice every year to set up a maintenance service on my generator. Last summer when we lost power and the generator then stopped they returned my call within mins and came out the next day to take service it. Always helpful and always on time

This is the best company for generator service and repair. I have used other outfits but nothing compares to iPower. Their customer service and expertise are beyond comparison and their dedication to delivering customer satisfaction is outstanding. I recently had an annual service scheduled and Aaron, their professional, came here in advance of a storm and remained till 8pm (in the freezing cold and darkness) to finish the job in advance of the impending storm. They are the most reliable service and repair company I know. I highly recommend them!

I am a new home owner and hired iPower systems to get my whole house generator in good working order before the Winter hits. I found them to be very professional and knowledgeable. The replaced some old filters, checked the oil and made sure everything was working well. They didn't try to oversell me or take advantage. Will use again for sure.

A homeowner's worst nightmare, After they came to do routine service, they advised that the battery would not start the machine, although it had functioned up until that time. Six weeks after they replaced the battery, the control panel was dead and the machine would not start. They returned and demanded a service call fee before they would work on the generator. After a negotiation with the service manger to jointly inspect the control panel to determine whether the machine had added operating hours after their initial service, he never showed at the appointed time and was not heard from again. Factory service advised that either the changing of the battery or known service issue was the cause and should have been addressed at the initial visit. Things happen, but they refused to stand behind their work

This was a tune up and they did the job completely and promptly.
