Excellent service. There was a delay as to when the work would start and Blake informed me in a timely manner and followed up as to when they would start and get things completed. Once job was finished, Blake returned to ensure that all was in order. The work crew did a great job!

Blake was thorough in explaining what was needed and why, and what I could expect. He kept me informed about the project and it was completed in a timely manner. I did not have to call and ask when they would get to the job instead Blake was proactive and kept me informed of the schedule. I highly recommend IRestore the installers were professional and so was Blake.

This Company lacks the basics of good Customer Service. Totally uncooperative and unconsidered. Replaced my roof about 3 years ago. Never responded to my recent inquiries, via phone and text messages, related with the roof issues. Please note and watch, they were selected, instead another competitor, from the 4 contractors interviewed, due to their numerous Customer Service misrepresentations at the time of interviewing.

We hired iRestore for a complete tear off and reroof. While not the cheapest you get what you pay for. They did a great job in the time they said they would made adjustments when needed and left the job site cleaner than it was when they started. Couldn't be happier unless it was free! LOL Blake was great to work with and kept in touch all along the way.

I hired iRoofing to replace/install a new roof, four skylights and a new gutter. This was the biggest contracted job I had to do and I was very nervous to leave the house that morning as the roofers started to arrive on my address. I talked on the phone with Blake throughout the job. He communicated every step of the process with me, always asked if I had questions and he answered all of them thoroughly. He took pictures of completed stages of the project, which I appreciated greatly. It was a great pleasure working with Blake and the crew. At the end of the day, the yard was clean of all debris. The quality of the completed job speaks for itself! I love my new roof and my new skylights. The gutter functions properly now and it was beautifully done. They did a seamless job all throughout!! The honesty and forwardness are hard to ignore. The proposal was clean and clear. I appreciated the demonstration and knew in advance what will be done and what material will be used. They treated my home as their own. Their prices are very competitive and you don't pay until the job is done. iRestore are a 'MUST HIRE' company for any of the services they offer!!

We hired iRestore for a rather small project, a metal roof installation on a pergola in the back yard. The company rep originally proposed a design that no other company had offered, and we loved it. And the estimated price was very reasonable. There was a change in personnel at the onset of the project, which created some confusion, but the new project manager, Jayden, did a very credible job of getting the project back on track. We cannot say enough about the person who actually did all of the labor by himself, Jason. He is a very diligent and conscientious worker, and really cared about finishing the project to our expectations. It's just what we wanted!

Great experience from start to finish. Blake was professional, courteous and his follow up is beyond reproach. He IS Mr. Customer Service. It should be noted that we got 3 different estimates on the work we needed and restore was the most economical. Blake left no stone upturned when explaining what we needed and why. He answered all our questions, and we truly felt comfortable with our decision to engage restore to install our new roof gutters. The day our project started, both teams were on time, answered any questions we had and their work and clean up was impeccable. Because of the weather, the roofers had to start about an hour later than they hoped. Blake was right there at the start of the project and stayed late with them to clean up. Because we have a dog, I was worried that there might be nails in the yard. They ran the magnetic roller, and we have not found one nail! I would highly recommend restore and be sure you ask for Blake.

I had my roof repaired for 2,900, pretty pricey. I initially was impressed by the company. Although when my roof continued to leak and they didn't seem very concerned, I was not happy at all!! I contacted the person that was in charge of the job and his response was BUMMER. I WOULDN'T suggest this company to anyone!

I would love to recommend them, but cant. They did good work, but We have been asking for a copy of the invoice for over a week without a response. I cant recommend their services when they dont respond to something so simple.
