    We strive to make every customer happy, and what this customer is stating is absolutely false. This customer got a great installation of a camera security system. After paying the bill in full and tipping our tech 100.00 a few days later he started saying we did not give him what he purchased, then he said it is not working. He got exactly what he paid for, and it works in perfect order. We have tried to make this customer happy by even giving him a discount, and he is still not happy. We have installed this same camera system over 1000 times and do not have one customer unhappy. We are truly sad this customer decided to defame our company.

    Very pleasant technician...but he did not know how to fix my issue and I ended up paying a lot to have absolutely nothing done to resolve my issue.

    Daniel, we are sorry you are not happy, we did however only charge you a service call to diagnose, and checked all your speeds with Ethernet. You were advised to run direct Cat6 to certain areas, or put in an access point system. In your area lots of people have slow Ethernet and that's the only way to correct the problem if you want faster speed. We would be happy to do that for you. We only charged you a 1-hour service call that you were quoted up front and that only covers 1-hour of time. So nothing was hidden nor was it an over charge as that rate is the going rate to diagnose in our industry. We think your negative review was unwarranted.

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
