Valter and Iara are a wonderful team. They do a very good job, are detailed, and on time. For example, they clean all the hard to reach places and leave the house spotless. Also while they clean, they always return items to their original place. I highly recommend them.

We have been very satisfied! They are far superior to our previous house cleaners. They always do everything that needs to be done and leave our home spotless! And they always come promptly at the agreed-upon time. If something delays their arrival, they always call to let us know.

We have been absolutely delighted with the work that has been done. Walter is extremely professional, reliable and honest, and makes sure that the house is cleaned perfectly according to our specifications. He also goes out of his way to take care of minor "handy man" tasks such as changing the light fixtures in our cathedral ceiling. We could not be more satisfied with the service we are receiving and recommend Walter and Iara with absolutely no reservation.

We got two cleaners for 2.5 hours. The kitchen and bathroom looked great but overall the house could have looked better. Customer service was good. I asked that they come out first so I knew what they were going to do and when he did he was friendly and polite.

"You purchased a coupon for 5 hours of cleaning. We told you that it won't be possible to do everything is such short time, because your house was very dirty after a some construction work. You asked us to do whatever we could do in that time frame because you spent a lot of money in remodeling some areas of the house and was broke. Now you blame us because you did not have money?"

Walter and his crew first cleaned my new house before we moved in to remove any cat dander left by the previous owners. He cleaned every nook and cranny so well that I haven't had any problems with allergies since I've moved in. <br /> Since then we have hired Walter to clean our house every two weeks for a very reasonable price. We have a four bedroom, 2.5 bath, 2,600 SF colonial house in Westford, MA. Walter and crew clean every part of the house and Walter has even cleaned our sun porch during warm weather. <br /> I can't say enough good things about Walter. He is very professional, punctual and personable. His attention to detail is remarkable. He even dusts the large chandelier hanging in our hallway -- he's tall enough to reach it from the second floor landing. We have multiple surfaces in this new house (granite, marble, stainless as well as ceramic tile and hardwood floors) and Walter cleans each one perfectly with the appropriate cleaning products for each one. Since several of those surfaces are new to me, especially the granite and marble, it is a relief that I can trust Walter with them. <br /> I think trust is the right word to sum up my experience with Walter -- I trust that he will clean our house perfectly and treat everything with care. <br /> Did I mention he's a great guy! <br /> <br />

Walter and crew spent 10 hours deep cleaning our home after a renovation. There was dust on every single surface- all 10 rooms.. They did a fabulous job and spent an hour or two longer than expected. That was fine with me. We wanted the job done well. He has since become our regular cleaner, every other week, and we could not be happier. He arrives on time, brings his own cleaning supplies, catches everything and is extremely courteous and professional. <br />

They are absolutely wonderful. They always come when planned, they have been very flexible with me, and most importantly, my house looks beautiful and sparkling clean. <br /> We recently moved from Nashua to Holliston, and when the furniture movers moved things out, even they commented that they had never seen a house like ours -- there wasn't a single dust bunny anywhere! That is all thanks to Iara and Walter. They do a really great job and there aren't many housecleaners like them out there. <br /> We are having them help us in Holliston too, in case anyone is looking for cleaners here too. <br />

We cleaned right before the holidays and we agreed to have the rest done after the busy holidays and my wife's kidney surgery. After the holidays, we called and texted you back (I have the texts) and you said you would like to wait a little more and will call us back. This review does not reflect what really happened, just do not know why you reviewed that way."
