DO NOT USE IB SOLUTIONS!!!! Tech was very unprofessional and rude to say the least. They were sent thru our Home Choice Warranty. I was not home, but my 19 yr old grandson was,once tech started the repair asked tech how to send the payment. Tech gave his number only to send thru Zelle, I needed full name but tech refused to give to my grandson. (keep in mind I am not home and I'm getting phone calls and texts all this time I'm communicating with my grandson) I called customer service and they were to send me link, 10 minutes no link. I got a managers # to call, he also was going to send me link, no link from either first call or manager, 20-25 later after much frustration and rude tech I finally found tech's full name in an email and sent the payment. I received a text from tech telling me dryer was fixed. Read out texts convo. The audacity of this tech!!! Never ever in my life had I experience such bad customer service from any type of company/service ever. Read the last photo....

It's been over a month since I made the initial service call with Choice Home Warranty & the washer still doesn't work properly. Eyebee customer service is horrible. I have called weekly & sometimes several times. The initial visit was fast. I was told would take a week for parts & I would be notified when they came in. I had to call back; each time promising a call back and or email. Nothing. Finally after the run around the technician came back to only fix part of the problem. The run around started over again.. no call back as promised. I reached out to CHW & was told Eyebee have great ratings (not based on my experience nor reviews I have read). I'm still waiting to have my washer fixed. Also worth mentioning- the language barrier. I will never use them again. If it doesn't get fixed, I will cancel CHW too & go elsewhere. I'm tired of the apologies, just do the job & do it right or have it replaced. Next will be BBB.

This company is in Raleigh, NC with the same phone number listed. The technician came to my house to look at my noisy washer and said there is nothing wrong. I had another company come out to my house and said definitely a part going bad and he placed an order for the part. Do not do business with this company!!

Horrible experience. He misdiagnosed the problem and then disappeared after payment. I?ve been trying to get my washer fixed since February 25, 2025. Today is April 4, 2025. He didn?t know what he was doing. I?m going to be filing a legal complaint against this company. Stay away from hiring them!

The pro never showed up in the scheduled window. No updates or technician details shared. When you call, it's an automated system and there is no way to talk to a person. Horrible experience

The icemaker didn't work, no one could fix it for 6 months, Henry fixed it in an hour.

Henry is the technician that came out to repair the ice delivery system on my refrigerator freezer. He is very prompt with his arrival. He is also super efficient and able to quickly diagnose the problem. Once the broken item was received, he actually came to the house after dinner and quickly repaired the freezer. I have nothing but compliments and appreciation for the work that Henry did on my appliance. I have kept his number to call him in case any of my other appliances begin acting up.

The technician was polite and efficient and went out of his way to help us.

My fridge was not cooling . Now it works just fine. Thank you Henry
