Israel and his team are incredibly professional and kind. They performed an outstanding job and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. We were very pleased with the outcome of this project. The bathroom has stunning tile work and the kitchenette is such a great use of the space. Israel’s team was so professional and skillful. We had a couple dra backs that Israel was able to successfully resolve.

We were completely satisfied with the quality of the work done and especially the men who did the work in very hot weather. They arrived early and did an outstanding job. We will most certainly use ICM Remodeling in the future.

I keep choosing to use ICM because their prices are competitive, Israel is very easy to work with and explains the process well. The men are professional and kept the workspace small so I could still use the kitchen over the two days and they cleaned up so well I couldn't tell they were there.

Job was performed very well with excellent workmanship. ICM has done over $50,000 worth of work in my home with excellent, timely, and well priced results. I highly recommend using them. Mr Clavijo has particularly fine design sense and he should be used before any final decision is made on a project.

What a great experience - Israel and his crew were true professionals and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. We have a small semi-detached home which originally had screened front and back porches. We wanted to enclose both and expand the very small kitchen into the small back porch area. We decided to remove part of the wall to the dining room to make the space more open. In doing so, we ran into an issue with duct work, but Israel reworked masterfully and now you can't tell it wasn't always like this. We kept it simple with tile floor, white cabinets, granite counter (which because of the size needed he was able to get at a great price) and appliances to scale. Now my friends say it looks like a model kitchen! And the new front porch is a nice oasis, giving us expanded living area. I would say the project took perhaps a little longer than anticipated, but it was during a difficult weather period that had impact on ours as well as their other projects, which no doubt had an effect on scheduling. My advice is to be patient and all will work out. So after all that, the roof started leaking, and now we'll have ICM back to replace it since it's at the end of it's useful life anyway. I definitely plan to call them for future projects.

We were very impressed and happy with ICM Remodeling's work. First, they provided a thorough estimate as well as consultation about overall design as well as specific products. Their quote was better than several others. Most importantly, they deliver very high quality work. They do not cut corners on any work. When unexpected obstacles arose due to previous repair jobs that had been done in the bathroom, Israel brought them to our attention immediately and provided estimates for our approval before moving forward. The job was finished on time and looks fantastic.The team is VERY easy to work with, and Israel was highly responsive -- both during the job, and afterward. A few weeks after completion, I asked him to come address an issue with the shower door and he took care of it within a couple of days. I would be very happy to work with ICM Remodeling on another project, and recommend them highly.

I've had my share of renovation projects performed by people of various levels of experience, races, ages, ethnic and educational backgrounds. All of them had one thing in common: all these charming, decent, diligent, God-fearing etc contractors magically turned into evil creatures who would poison your life by not following your instructions, showing up late, making a huge mess, spoiling everything, and then disappear into the thin air soon after the deposit money change hands. <br /> So in the beginning I was only cautiously optimistic about working with Israel Clavijo, although I was impressed my the level of his competence, punctuality, assertive yet very courteous manner. Little did I know that I was embarking on the most pleasing and carefree renovation experience of my life! <br /> My big home had only two tiny coat closets which could not possibly house even a small part of my large family's outdoor clothes and shoes. Huge shoe piles in a middle of our elegant foyer, and coats, scarfs and hats hanging everywhere were the eyesore. I've decided to sacrifice part of my underutilized living room to build a large walk-in closet, and turn the existing closets by the entrance door into practical shoe closets. Israel didn't blinked at the idea of building the closet in the living room. Instead, he offered number of very valuable suggestions, did quick measurements and presented me with the proposal on a next day. After checking a couple of more highly recommended home improvement companies, I've decided to go with ICM not only because they were slightly more reasonable but also because I felt more confident working with them. I didn't regret my choice. I was given an honest time frame, which they were able to adhere to, although I kept adding new requests. Israel introduced his crew to me, they were punctual, hard working, neat, and very polite. They would start in the morning and finish in the evening; no long breaks, no mid-week days off, thank you very much. The results were stunning! Incredibly, design and execution of a new closet actually improved my living room's proportions! Israel and his crew diligently saved the wall moldings and matched the paint - my new closet looks very much like a part of the room. As for my new shoe closets, they are every inch as practical as they are pleasure to look at! Instead of expensive LED tape lights, Israel installed cute cabinet lights which served the purpose at the reduced cost. They installed a heavy chandelier in a room that never had a ceiling light - it took an expertise, finesse, and wiliness to satisfy the client. Before they started, they protected floors and furniture with plastic wrap and cardboard. After they finished their work, they cleaned up after themselves. When I asked for a couple of touch-ups, Israel had no problem doing so. I cannot finish my review without mentioning Wendy Clavijo, Israel's wife, office manager and his customer/company liaison. Very polite, very friendly, very diligent, she was always there to help. Everyone who comes to my home makes positive comments on my unusual yet charming clothes and shoes arrangements. I know that without Israel's professionalism and dedication I wouldn't have it. I'd like to express my gratitude to the whole ICM team. <br /> <br />

Israel and his crew did a great job. They did both our hall bath as well as a much larger scope master bath. Israel does an excellent job communication the project schedule to set the correct expectations. The finished product looks beautiful. Would definitely recommended him.

It went good; they are still doing some work for me. They were very reliable and had good prices. They did a good job and I would use them again.

ICM Remodeling was the winning bidder when I recently upgraded my 2 bedroom condo.  The work included removing a portion of a wall to create a kitchen breakfast bar area, gutting and completely replacing the kitchen and bath, repainting the entire condo and installing new carpet throughout.  ICM's bid was extremely competitive and included mostly labor.  As for material, Israel worked very closely with me in selecting and purchasing new tile for kitchen and bath, new cabinets and vanity, lighting, toilet and tub. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> The installation went quite smoothly, with cabinets, new kitchen appliances and other materials arriving on schedule.  In many cases, ICM picked up the material from the supplier.  Several times, ICM also helped with the delivery of items from independent retailers.  ICM also worked with the granite supplier in the installation of the new kitchen countertops. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> ICM made sure to cover the furniture, tables, television and electronic equipment during the project, in order to protect them from dust.  They were diligent about cleaning up and making the condo livable after work each day.  At every step, Israel was very good at explaining what to expect, the progress of the job, and how everything would look.  We was always available to discuss my concerns, and was responsive to all my questions and requests.  He showed up when he said he would, and his staff was competent and helpful. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> When the bulk of the project was complete, Israel and his team went through and addressed each one of the touch up items to my satisfaction.  In fact, ICM went beyond my expectations in making sure I was pleased with all aspects of their work. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> I highly recommend ICM Remodeling. <br />

Given this job was performed at an office I wanted to complete the work on the weekend or late evening if possible and have the work completed prior to office hours starting. ICM showed up on a Saturday. The owner Israel showed up early. He introduced me to his employee. He explained and verified the process of work prior to starting. He evaluated the process and explained the unknowns but left me confident the process would be completed on time. He confirmed location of door and movement of the electricity. He listened to my needs and wants and achieved my goals. He was on site the entire time with a smile and positive attitude. The installation was clean, efficient, and done on time. I am very pleased with the work and I intend to work with ICM on other projects for both the office and my home.

I worked directly with the owner, Israel Clavijo. He was incredibly nice, responsive, and when we needed the painting job done in a shorter deadline, he moved some things around to accommodate our needs. The work they did painting the inside and repairing and painting the outside was A+. We were out of town, so the entire job was done without any oversight from us. Israel has high standards, and the company did superb work and got everything done on time, as promised. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who is looking for painting or repairs/remodeling. <br />

<p>The whole job is GREAT.  EVERYTHING was done to our specs and even some of Isreal's suggestions were incorporated.  They keep the work area a clean as possible at the end of everyday.  Isreal also provides you with a status check of the work done.  He makes you fell very comfortable about the whole job.  I was very impressed.  He even comes back if there is any type of problem.  in our case the tile grout settled and there were four air pockets that showed up.  once c </p> alled he was over the next day to re-grout those areas.  Bottom line is he warrenties his work!!!!! And is responsive even after you pay him in full.  Very rare. <br /> I would recommend this company to anyone!!!!! <br /> <br />

If I don't like something, he would completely do it over which I like. I trust him because I know he will finish the job. He usualy won't start another job until he finishes the first one.

From start to finish it was painless! (Well, at least on my part :-) I will use ICM again for future painting needs.

Estimate included four hours to select all needed items. Not only is Israel an excellent contractor, but he has very good taste. He couldn't be more pleasant to work with. Every aspect of the job was completed exactly as planned! Workmanship was excellent. Work was completed ON TIME and WITHIN the estimated budget! I was delighted and arranged for I.C.M. to return and paint my house.
