XWe’ve had numerous renovations to our 40+ year old home, and Iconic has been the best construction company we have worked with. Iconic Custom Home Builders met with us to understand our kitchen remodel. They took notes and listened to what was important to us. Their quote matched our asks and was detailed in sections for each of our asks. Other quotes we received were bundled and we were not able to pair the project down with noticeable savings. Iconic's quote was not bundled and we appreciated the level of detail in their quote. We signed the agreement and the work began within 2 weeks. They were very prompt every day. They did excellent work with high degree of attention to details. Since we were living in the house during the remodel, they did an excellent job keeping the dust inside the construction area with ceiling to floor temporary plastic barriers. They completed on time, on schedule with the original project timeline. With Iconic you know you have found a reputable, reliable contractor. We would highly recommend and will use them again.

Irving was great giving us a tour of the house and property. I was really stunned when he told us that he made the house because it was so beautiful. He also gave us a welcome to your new home gift and he was so sweet for that. He’s very kind and friendly and talking to him was incredible easy to talk to.
