Perfect! I was very happy with their service...

The tech called to say he’d be 30 or so minutes - which was great, but he actually took over an hour and fifteen. Kind of disappointing because obviously the customer has to put everything on hold until the job gets done. Other than that though, I used Angie’s list and requested quotes from several plumbers and had my mind set on a different one, but icon emailed and texted first (I appreciate texts over any other method of communication). I asked for a quote over text and they were responding in real time with a quote a little below my expectations. Then I received a call to finalize and they showed up a few hours later. The guy was respectful, knew what he was doing, and had it done inside an hour. He did a much better job than I would have - very clean. He explained everything and had me sign digitally (nice) and was gone. I will definitely call them again.

I am disappointed about the price for Delta cartidge changed as it cost 40-60 $ when I googled at Home depot. they charged 113 $ . otherwise the work was very neat and good timely response.

Took a few tries to find the problem but it worked out in the end. Communication skills between the labor and us could have been better. Would leave and not notify us they were leaving for the day or lunch.

It went well. Works like new.

Plumber came same day as called. He had everything he needed for the jobs in his van. Professional, quick work for a good price.

I was also disappointed they did not give me any information on the new unit or it's control box.

Fixed in a very short time. Very customer focused. Asked if there were other things that needed to be done before he left. Gave us a quote for a new water heater which we need and repairing some old pipes.

I call them often for plumbing needs. Compared to others they are fast and reasonably priced.

Excellent service

All went well. He explained why he had to put a double ring for the toilet and also gave me other tips as we talked. Very nice and friendly young man. For the water line, it apparently had the wrong connection leading from the water pipe (reason why refrigerator installers would not connect icemaker), so he had to go to a hardware store to get the correct part. If I had to find something I didn't like about the work that was done, it would be the fact that he had to leave the cover off that goes over the water pipe that sticks out of the wall. It wouldn't fit back over the pipe because he had to saw some of it off, therefore leaving the hole exposed. It is purely cosmetic and I can live with it, as no one can really see it. Overall, very happy and satisfied with work performed.

Everything went great. They took care of everything and came out the same day I called. It was a real problem because the gas company had red tagged the house and turned the gas off. As soon as he put the new valves on they were able to turn the gas back on. I thought they were fair priced, came out promptly, and took care of everything that needed to get done.

Response time to call was outstanding. Repair was fast and service was friendly and professional.

Technicians arrived during the designated time. They drained the water heater and noticed a slow leak in one of the water inlet hoses. They changed the hose and completed the water heater work. They did have to come back out and change the drain cap that was leaking. They came back out within the hour and did the work quickly and without complaint.

They missed the first appointment because they couldn't find my house. I rescheduled for the next day and when they came back for their rescheduled time they weren't able to flush the tankless water heater. If I had them do the service there would have been additional charges and I would have needed to make another appointment.

At first, not so great. The repairman showed without any knowledge of the repair...which is odd since I specifically told the person on the phone when scheduling, what was wrong and what I expected to be the solution. So my repairman had to leave to get the valve to replace (which I had expected to be something they would have brought with them). Took twice as long due to the non-communication between dispatch and repairman. Repairman was great. Repair is great. Paid the hourly rate, plus $9 bucks for the part.

It went well, it took about a week. They were very professional and polite. The lead plumber answered any and all questions we had with detail with no problem. Other companies that we got quotes for would have charged us the same price but only doing half the job. And those other companies did not include dry wall patching. Icon Plumbing came in with a competitive price, the workers had great proffessional deminers, and didn't leave my home with holes in the walls. Very happy with the service, I would recomend them to any of my family members. I did not include the actual price only because I know its a competitive buisiness and didn't want to put them out. Just know that they charged me the same price for the whole house as other companies in town wanted to charge just to do just the pipe in the attic(the over hang).

One under toilet took 40 minutes. One in ceiling took 45 minutes different day. Your price says $54.00 first hour 2nd hour $60.00. Paid $54.00 for first hour. I received bill for 2nd hour $200.00. Why? Leak in ceiling small parts to fix.
